I initially contacted Rosy by phone and she was both pleasant and helpful. After hiring them to do the work needed, it was completed the following day. Wow! Such prompt service and a job well done as well. As a long-distance landlord, it is so nice to have competent people to complete work for you. I had someone check the work done after and received an excellent report. The tenant was also pleased at move-in. Thanks so much.

Cumex was a great cleaning service! From the start, they were on time and very professional. Even their huge vacuum was spotless. I thought this was a great sign! Rosy asked for specific instructions and I asked her to clean in all! And they did! Their team and service provided was terrific!

I was very impressed with Cumex. They responded very promptly to my e-mail, showed up when they said they would and even called when they thought they would be late to the home inspection due to bad traffic on Highway 50. They did a nice job of cleaning and handled a problem with the alarm system very well. I would highly recommend their services.

I contacted the company via email and heard back from them that day. I believe that they came over to see the house the following day and started work the week after that. They are the best housecleaning service I have ever used! Not only do they do excellent work but they also let me know when they come across home maintenance items that they feel may need attention. On several ocasions they have offered to fix things without charge or have done additional extra clearning without charge. They have been very responsive to my needs and very willing to accommodate to my schedule. They also have been open to watching out for my cats and their needs while they are clearning.

Very prompt response from Rosy from the very first phone call. Emails were quickly returned, and she very easily worked with my schedule. When she thought she was going to be just 5 minutes late, she called to let me know she was on her way - very considerate!

It went well; they came by and gave me an estimate a couple of days before and came as scheduled. They went to work and did all the work in an efficient manner. We were pleased with the results and will use them again.

Rosy responded to my email very quickly and I was able to schedule an appointment right away. They arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. They estimated it would take about 3 hours and the estimate was accurate. When we returned home they waited for us to look around & make sure we were satisfied with their work. And we were. I would definitely use this service again.

I'm glad I went with Cumex. I contacted them by email and received a quick reply. We agreed to a date and time, which was about a week later. I called Rosy the day before to confirm and she was on top of things. Without even telling her anything but my name she confirmed the date and time and what service was to be performed. The next day, a Cumex van showed up about 5-10 min early. The husband/wife team were so pleasant and eager to get started. We did a quick walk through of what needed to be done and I explained the tricky lock mechanisms on the cupboard doors (if you open the door wrong could break). Rosy said she'd call us in approximately 3-4 hours when they were done. We received a call about 4 hours later and were very surprised about how clean everything was. Rosy even said that if our landlord was not satisfied with the cleaning, they'll come back to re-clean what he didn't like.

Responded to my email within 24 hours. Spoke with Rosy, set up the appointment with her. Saturday at 9:00 a.m. They were about 5 minutes early. That always impresses me. I briefly walked Rosy throughout the house and just pointed. My emphasis was cobwebs and dust. They are such a hard-working couple, offering to come back immediately if I found a problem with anything. I can tell you: No Problem.

We initially had them do the initial set up cleaning in July of this year. I hate cleaning house, and when I came home, I couldn't believe how nice, clean and beautiful our house looked. I can't believe I didn't use a cleaning service sooner. We thought about using a more well known company with a well known reputation, but they were so expensive we were going to skip on getting a cleaner. That is when our neighbor recommended Cumex. Rosy and Juan are so great to work with. I have never had to ask them to do something that they missed. They are very detailed oriented. They clean everything. They do a terrific job on bathrooms which was my whole reason for getting a cleaner. They make our beds and dust everywhere. When they cleaned our windows I couldn't belive the job they did. It didn't even look like there was glass there they were so clean. They cleaned them inside and out and cleaned all the ceilings. It was such a terrific job. I have loved them since they started!!
