Cumex Cleaning Services

JC and Rosa arrived right on time. I toured the house with JC pointing out things I remembered needed special attention. I?ve only had cleaning services a few times and was unaccustomed to pointing out all of the details, and to hiring for the services; I included that it could use a good ?general? cleaning. I was having houseguests and needed the house to be livable for company (parts of it had been virtually neglected for some time). I had called them a little less than a week before and they were able to schedule me in. They did a great job! They cleaned so well (and there was so much to do); they paid attention to things I had missed ? especially the many floor fans I had stationed around the house which would be highly visible to my visiting family! They cleaned the baseboards and, well there?s too much to mention. The few other times I?ve had a cleaning service help I was very disappointed, not this time! I would recommend them to anyone ? I have already recommended them to my mother! Overall, I am extremely pleased with the whole experience; they were professional, friendly and helpful and did a Great job!

The overall project was a success. We then went on the do construction and will hire CUMEX again for total final clean-up.

Most contact was by e-mail. JC met me at the duplex to bid the job and chose to do the work on Saturday when he and his wife would have more time.

Very responsive from the first contact and flexible to meet our needs in terms of service desired and price willing to pay. They had 3 people spend 6 hours cleaning our >5,000 sq. ft. house from top to bottom as we just bought it after it sat empty for more than a year. They even cleaned all the windows for free! They arrived 10 minutes ahead of their committed appointment time and worked very hard for the complete time, only stopping briefly for a short lunch. We intend to use them for regular bi-weekly service as their professionalism and great performance is appreciated.

They were really good. They were professional and I would recommend them.

Rosy and her workers arrived on time and after talking to me about what I wanted, they began to work. They were busy the entire time and did an excellent job. They worked with care and did not damage anything. My home was very clean when they finished. JC cleaned the carpets and even cleaned the carpet in my closet. He did a great job and was careful to work on spots. They checked to see if I was satisfied and left. They were very professional and polite.

They have been doing a good job. They are attentive and make sure we're happy with the cleaning. We're very happy with them.

Rosie and her helper cleaned blinds,baseboards and everything in between. Rosie came on time to give me an estimate and on time to clean, which I really appreciate. She was very understanding about the dogs and the baby gate, too. They (the dogs) are friendly but wily and will escape given the chance. When we finish the dog room, we will have the rest of the house included in the service.

Rosie was very responsive. I had to cancel one meeting because the tenant wanted to try to clean some of the condo. Rosie was very patient with this, no complaints. J.C., the owner met me at the appointed time (they met my busy schedule) to give the estimate. J.C. gave me advice as to whether or not to paint, etc., since he does a lot of jobs. They came 1 day after the estimate. They completed job as promised. They came back back later to get paid since I was delayed at a soccer game. Very reliable and honest. Practical.

Just before Christmas, we purchased a 5 bedrooms/4 full baths, 3400 sq. ft home with a separate living area over the garage. The house was a 'bank owned' that had been vacant for over a year. Needless to say, it needed a good cleaning. We wanted to move in before Christmas but were unsure as to just when we would get the keys. I had contacted Rosey & JC asking if they could do the job but letting them know, we were unsure of the date. They were so very accommodating. We had to change the dates quite a few times & they were very patient with me. Once we secured a good date, they arrived early & were very efficient. JC even pointed out items that needed to be repaired or addressed. They were very easy to work with & the rugs turned out awesome. We could not have been more pleased. I hired them to do a move out cleaning on the old house. In fact we are negotiating a fee for them to continue to clean the new house. I could not have been more pleased & surprised at the exceptional service we received. It's refreshing to know that, in these very hard times, there are still honest, reputable, reliable & reasonable people. Thank you Angie's List!

Our housekeeper of 5 years decided to stay home to take care of a new grandchild. I was really hesitant to find someone new. Because of the positive feedback from Angie's List, I called Cumex. They assured me that the same person/people would be cleaning my home every time. They have been working for us for the last 3 months and I am pleased. They are thorough and quick.

The first time they came they did a good job. The last two times they've come they've done a mediocre job. I don't know if different people came each time. I just know that the last time they didn't even sweep the stairs or mop the bathroom floors. There were other things that weren't done, either; such as wiping off faucets.

They were excellent, polite and professional. I will definitely use them in th future. They are also going to give me an estimate for regular housekeeping services.

I did some research and read the feedback from other customers on Angie's List. The quote was very competitive and good.

The experience was excellent from start to finish! They were very responsive the day I called to inquire about services and got back to me the same morning with a bid for the job based on the information that I had given. They were also able to schedule the cleaning within two days of calling for an appointment. The day of the cleaning, they actually beat me to the property-they were very prompt! I was impressed with the fact that they showed up on time, and had all of the necessary tools and supplies needed to thoroughly clean the house. I didn't have to provide a single thing. On top of that, they were incredibly nice and professional. They got right to work and gave me an estimate of the amount of time they needed to finish the job. They finished nearly right on schedule and were done in time for my stager to show up and start staging-it worked out great. In addition, they not only did everything that I requested, but they went above and beyond...even washing down the exterior windows of the house because they noticed they were dirty. I could not have asked for a better job. And they gladly honored my 10% Angie's List coupon. Overall, they eased the stress so I didn't end up having to clean the house myself and they did such great work that I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. I contacted Cumex via telephone, left a message and received a call back in less than an hour. I described the service we needed, a one-time housecleaning in preparation for a big party at our home. Based on my description of the size of the home, Rosy provided a price quote over the phone of about $208 that included a discount for being an Angie's List member. I called her back the next day to accept the quote and schedule a date and time for the cleaning service. Rosy and one helper arrived on time, on the scheduled date. They brought all their own equipment and cleaning products. I was not there to observe the work, but my wife who was there said that they worked hard and continuously for about 5 hours, giving the house a very thorough cleaning. I have to say when I arrived home, the place looked great! While there were a few areas that we felt we might have done a better job ourselves (cleaning of the hardwood floors, for example), they also cleaned a lot of stuff that we rarely get to when we do our own housecleaning - such as high dusting, baseboards, and removing lots of cat hair off the back sides of drapes. It's worth mentioning that this was the first time we ever used a housecleaning service, and we were pleased with the results. Overall we feel that Cumex did a great job, were very responsive, and I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others in need of cleaning services.

I phoned this company to inquire about housecleaning service. I received a phone call back (in a decent amount of time). The gentleman that called me back was a nice man but could hardly speak any English and was very, very hard to understand (and I do not speak Spanish) so I could not effectively communicate with him - so I no longer considered hiring this company for service. Nice folks - they just need to be able to communicate with prospective and existing customers.

Cumex came to the house and gave an estimate. After we hired her, she came on the day agreed upon at the time she indicated. She performed the cleaning services as indicated. We were pleased with her service and timely response. She has made adjustments as requested and without excuse or complaint. She found a way to work us into her schedule to accomodate our needs for a particular day of the week and time. So far we are very happy with the services provided. Given that we have three different households on the same property, her ability to please all three is a challange. Cumex has performed very well.

I used Angie's List to find this cleaning service. The owners met me at the townhouse to provide an estimate within one day of my phone call for services. They scheduled the cleaning the next morning and arrived promptly at 9am. The cleaning took about 4 hours and Juan said he was not satisfied with the outcome of the floor tile and returned the following day with a machine to clean the floor tile with a minimal extra charge. His wife, Rosie, called me to ask if everything was satisfactory. I mentioned that some of the kitchen cabinets could use more cleaning. She took care of that immediately.

Really well. She did a really good job for the price. Our house was 1763 square feet, she probably did about 1500 square feet. I had to ask her to leave and she left and came back the next day. I thought the garage could have been a little cleaner. She was five or ten minutes early. She was really nice.

CuMex just finished their first clean and did a great job: showed exactly as promised, did a VERY thorough clean - for example they managed to remove mold stains in the grout in the shower enclosure without being asked, which my previous cleaners had never covered. Very polite, didn't scare the cats and gave me a good quote on carpet cleaning.

I contacted them to perform some housecleaning. Rosie called me back a day later and asked me to submit my exact requirements in an email. I did that the same day. Then I did not hear back from her. I called again and she returned my call and left a message saying that they would schedule the work and she would send me an email to follow up. I never received the email. I got a message from her saying they had scheduled the work for the 16th but I had requested that it be done by the 15th. I called back and left a message but did not hear back from her. I called again and her cell phone had been disconnected. I called the cell phone on the web site a number of times and never received a return call. I had to call someone else at the last minute to get the work done.

They were very responsive and professional. We were pleased with the communication and it was easy to schedule a time for them to come. The cleaning seems to be very thorough and everything looks good. I asked them to use a different product to clean something the next time and JC was very responsive. I was very pleased that they cleaned ceiling fans, windows, removed spider webs from high ceilings, etc as part of their regular service. It is also nice that they bring their own supplies and equipment. They are very nice and easy to work with!

They were very flexible when scheduling the next day appointment. They had called us to tell us that they were going to be a half hour late. They went back through to make sure everything was clean.
