Cumex Cleaning Services

Cumex has been cleaning my house on a regular basis since Nov, 2009. I continue to be impressed with their cleaning (and customer) service and have not had a single negative interaction or experience with owners or any of their cleaning team. When life happens and I need to reschedule they are extremely accommodating. They arrive on time, are extremely friendly, charge a very reasonable price, and leave me with an extremely clean home. Recently, I decided it was time to have all of my windows cleaned (interior \ exterior). Unlike other cleaning services I have hired in the past, Cumex happily cleans windows, even if it means them squeezing between bushes and crawling underneath trees to access my windows. I cannot emphasize what a challenge this is at my home! As always, Cumex exceeded my expectations and left me with an extremely clean house, with the added bonus of leaving me with magically clean and clear windows. I have been a customer since 2009 and will continue to have Cumex clean my home (and now windows) on a regular basis.

I had a pre-visit to show the house and explain what I was looking for. And I told them that it regularly takes 10 hours to clean my 3000 sq ft house and you will still not get to everything. she disagreed (even though I stated I lived here 29 yrs) She said she could do it 2 people / 2 hours. So for the deep clean they came and 2 people spent 4 hours and missed so much, I have now hired another company to come in next week for another deep clean. Very disappointing, especially after reading all the great reviews.

Job took two days because the tile and grout were most challenging. JC, the owner was not satisfied with the results even though he worked on the floor for several hours. The next day, he returned with a different product that he applied to the grout. He was happier with those results. He cleaned the tile in our shower until the tile was smooth and free of all soap scum. He cleaned and resealed the grout. He also cleaned the carpet throughout our house getting out some pretty difficult stains and ground in dirt.

We played phone tag for a couple of days, but when we did talk they gave me an estimate the same day. The performed the work a day later. Everyone was very nice and professional. Cleaning the house took longer than they expected but the held to thier price and did a great job. They said that if everything was not perfect they would come back and make sure it was. I wrote a couple of emails asking about things after they left and I got an email back that said not to worry they knew what is needed and they were right. They picked up on how stressful the move has been and they let me relax a little. Great job.

They did a fantastic job! The house was clean (including all the cabinets) and ready to move into.

I contacted CUMEX through their website and JC emailed me back with an estimate of the work I wanted done. I enjoyed being able to get an estimate via email because I'm usually in an environment where I can't make phone calls. I hired CUMEX to clean my 3 bed, 2 bath house, and steam clean the carpet in the whole house (~1,200 sq.ft.) because my mother in law is coming to visit next week and I just didn't have the time or energy to give the house a good cleaning like I wanted to. JC and his crew of Gloria & Ivan arrived on time and did great work. My kitchen sink was pretty grungy around the faucet base and it is totally clean and shiny now! My carpets also looked worse for wear and after the steaming they look brand new. I plan to have CUMEX come and clean on a monthly basis. If you are home JC asks you to check each room when it is finished, and if something is missed they will clean it up, however I didn't see anything they missed. I would definitely recommend CUMEX cleaning because they are a great value and they do great work. They also had a 10% off coupon for Angie's List members when I had them out, so they were an even better deal!

JC arrived a week before to walk the house and give me an estimate. I needed the cleaning done on a specific day in advance of houseguests arriving and a dinner party for 24. The price was within reach for a thorough job. JC and 3 ladies arrived on time and began cleaning immediately. They worked non-stop for about 4 hours and did a very thorough cleaning. They did all the usual cleaning as well as cabinet doors, baseboards and silk plants. They even polished the furniture. They had all of their own cleaning supplies and equipment. It was the "dream clean team". I now plan to use them on a regular basis.

JC came with a two person crew, and they were able to clean the house in just a couple of hours. They were so good about working around our dogs, and also all the boxes that I was still in the process of unpacking ... I really appreciated their flexibility!! They really did a nice job - got the stainless steel in the kitchen looking beautiful for a change(!!) ... wiped down and polished all the kitchen cabinets; dusted; furniture polish on all the furniture; mopped all the tile floors; vaccummed up all the dog hair; cleaned the bathrooms to sparkling. It looked great when they were done ... plus, I didn't have to go behind them and put everything back where it belongs (which I have found with some services in the past). So far, my experience has been great!

Male owner? showed up promptly and quoted $90. I accepted. Set a date for Tue. 6/22 at 12N. No one showed. Called, got a hold of the son? and he said there was an accident in the Bay Area with a relative. No one then got a hold of me again until 6 PM to reschedule. Rescheduled the next day. Finally, the cleaning crew of 2 men showed up and did two hours of work for $90. My house just wasn't THAT dirty, bad. No dusting in one room. No cleaning over microwave and other harder to reach areas. I think the wife of the business does the cleaning and the husband is for quotes, rug cleaning only. Not meant to do the cleaning. I think they are booked, can't add new customers and don't want to tell new customers as it would jeopardize Angie's List positive rating.

Cumex performed a full house carpet clean and full house cleaning on two separate occasions. They were curteous and very professional and did a thorough job.

I like that this is a family owned and operated company. They work together for the good of the company. JC came on Wednesday to estimate, and emailed an estimate including the Angie's discount and Senior discount. We scheduled by email. Rosa and Ivan arrived on time. They bring their own supplies. (This is a real plus to me based on past experience.) They work hard and are thorough. They even asked me to look over the job before they left. A window was forgetten and then corrected. I would use them again, if they would have me.

Rosy and Gloria cleaned everything I asked them to. They were thorough. They cleaned under the beds, under the furniture. My bathtub hasn't been that clean in years. They worked very hard. They even straightened up the kids rooms which I didn't ask them to do. I don't usually tip 20% but they deserved it.

Juan and Rosy were very responsive to our needs. They came to the house for an estimate, and scheduled our work at a time that was good for me. Unfortunately, I had to move our date, and they could accommodate that as well. Really great for me. The home was very clean after they were done, our floors looked great and we received our deposit back. Thank you so much CUMEX for being a great company-really striving to succeed and have happy customers!

I called on Wednesday night around 7:30 and left a message. I was called back the next morning and was able to setup an appointment for that Friday. I was called around 8:30 or so to confirm the appointment and my address. Then they called around 11:30 to let me know they were on their way. They were a little early but that was okay. When they arrived, JR introduced himself and greeted me. We walked through the house and talked about the rooms and problem areas. JR started out by spraying the problem areas and then started with the big cleaner. He was very polite and asked for water for the spray. They did an amazing job. My carpet (I though it was a medium brown, even after several vacuummings) turned out to be a light camel color and the stains were eliminated. I definitely recommend them and would use them again.

JC came to the house (the same day we called) to find out what we wanted to have done and give us an estimate. They accomodated our schedule, cleaning for us in between carpet cleaning, window washing and cable installation. Had I realized Cumex did window and carpet cleaning, I would have had them do the entire job. They were punctual, professional, courteous, and did a fantistic job. The price was fair and the service excellent! I definitely recommend using this company. In fact, I've signed up to have them clean for me on a regular basis - they continue to do a surpurb job. We are putting the house up for sale and wanted a good clean. The patio bricks needed it the most. He did a great job.. front and back. Rosy did a grade A job on the bathrooms. I hate cleaning the bathrooms. I would recommend them in the future.

It went very well. I had Cumex do a one-time cleaning a year ago and was pleased with their work and wanted them to do this job. Cumex was punctual, professional, courteous, and did a great job cleaning the house. Mine is an older home in which each window actually has 6-9 small square window panes. In other words, it's a lot of work to clean them. Cumex charged a very reasonable price for the windows and did a great job. Cumex accommodated my need for a Sunday cleaning which I also appreciated, and met my need to have the house sparkling for its debut on the market. I definitely recommend them.

I called them and left a message a got a call back the next day. They were very nice over the phone and scheduled a time to come by and look at my house. Their estimate was very reasonable so I scheduled the work and they arrived on time and completed the work in about 3 hours. At one point they had 5 people working on my house. The did a great job and were very customer friendly. I have them scheduled to come back in a few weeks. Great customer service and they did a terrific job cleaning my house.

I highly recommend them, they did a wonderful job from beginning to end. The house needed a LOT of cleaning, and they made it sparkle by the time they were done. They cleaned between doors and windows, they cleaned a lot of high windows, they were thorough and very detailed. As a matter of fact, I will continue to use them for my regular house cleaning as well. Use them - you won't find better in price or quality.

CUMEX is an exceptional cleaning service who I have been fortunate enough to find. They responded to my internet request in an extremely timely manner. All CUMEX employees I interacted were respectful and professional, which is important in any field, but certainly one that entails people coming into your home. As a gay couple, I also wanted to comment that CUMEX was extremely respectful of our relationship, which has not been the case with other cleaning services. Finally, their cleaning was extremely detail oriented and since they use "green cleaning products," our home smelled clean and fresh, not toxic. I highly recommend CUMEX. They are a truly exceptional company who have earned by respect, trust, and business!

It went very smoothly. JC came to the house and gave me an estimate on Monday 11/30. Began work on Tuesday 12/1 ...arrived promptly at the designated time of 9:00 a.m. I did a walk through with Rosie and JC and explained to them exactly what I needed done and left them there. JC called me at 4:00 p.m. to return and told me that they would come back on 12/2 to do the carpets and finish the kitchen floor. The job was completed 12/2 at noon and it looks really good and ready to sell!!! This is now definitely a "turn key" house. They did an excellent job. Thank you Rosie, JC, and "son".

Cumex is a company that is not afraid to work hard. They are dedicated to making the customer very happy. I will be calling Cumex again to clean my carpets, the other 1/2 of my windows, and other odd jobs that I know Cumex will be VERY capable of handling. Cumex is very professional, 110% quality with a reasonable price. WOW, I was impressed. Sincerely

They do the work weekly and bill us monthly. They have been very responsive. We?ve had some frequent problems that they have taken care of. They are famous in the industry, and are excellent. They always keep their word, and our experience with them has been very good.

The team was very thorough and professional. Would definitely hire them again.
