Cumex Cleaning Services

They are very nice and very professional. I just feel that they could be a little bit more thorough with some of their cleaning. Things like the baseboards, bathroom floors and kitchen floor are not sparkling clean when they are done. They are a strong team of people and I have let both the husband and wife know that they could be a little bit more thorough with their cleaning. I have a large house and I try to make things easier for them but they could focus a little more on the main areas.

I sent a request for estimate from Angie's list, briefly describling what we needed to have done. The very next day Rosy called to set up an appointment for JC to come out the next day to get a more detailed description. JC arrived the next day and went all through the house asking questions and making suggestions. He described exactly what they would do and gave us the cost. We were given options for times and days to do the work. JC and his team showed up right on time and went to work. They were very professional, taking care with everything in our home. When they finished, everything sparkled. They will be coming back on a regular bi-weekly basis.

The uniformed team arrived as scheduled to perform the services. They were professional and polite. The service was wonderful and thorough. I can't wait to have them on a regular basis.

I have used Cumex before and was very impressed with the work they did cleaning my house before I sold it. When my rental house needed cleaning I didn't hesitate to call Cumex again. They were very accomodating to my schedule. I only had two days before the new renters came in and they got there and got it done. People asked if I had replaced the carpets, they looked so good. They are a great company and the people are very nice.

They arrived at the time specified and did the cleaning which took them almost whole day. They came at 9:00 am and left at 4:00 PM. They cleaned the whole house and performed all the services as agreed. My wife and me were very satisfied. Will call them again and recommend them.

This is the second time I have hired Cumex to deep-clean a house. Both times they provided excellent service. This last time I needed the cleaning done within just a few days of my initial request as I had a deadline of 1:00 p.m. on the 11th. JC was able to schedule the cleaning and meet my tight deadline. I was amazed at the thoroughness and professionalism of his crew. I highly recommend using this company. Their work is top-notch and the cost is very reasonable.

Great! Rosy Rosello replied to my inquiry for a quote within hours. Came to our home as scheduled to provide an estimate. The team came in on time the following Wednesday and worked 4 hours to thoroughly clean our home. We are very pleased with the cleaning and looking forward to having the team clean on a bi-weekly basis.

This was the best housekeeping service I have ever used. They were professional, punctual, flexible, reasonably priced and did a wonderful job! I will be hiring them back for bi-weekly service.

Cumex Cleaning service is always on time and eady to go to work. They are very responsible, courteous and helpful in all respects. I would recommend them to anyone who wants an honest, hard-working, detail-oriented house cleaning company.

JC cleaned all the wall-to-wall carpets on the upstairs of our house including the stairs and the downstairs den - it's all dark brown berber. The carpets looks great now (we have dogs and the carpets were looking a little grubby). He put little pieces of plastic under the furniture legs so that they wouldn't get wet, and any furniture that he could move and get off the floor he did. He also cleaned two wool area rugs, and they came out great. JC will be cleaning my carpets regularly!!

They were highly professional and cleaned thoroughly (including things I didn't mention specifically, like window blinds, etc.) They arrived on time and the 3 cleaners moved swiftly through my house. I was very pleased with their work and feel the price is reasonable for the job done.

They did an excellent job - from start to finish. Both Rosie and JC are professional and personable - I will use their services again and again and I will give them referrals. My only wish is that they provided regular housekeeping services in Auburn. However, JC let me know if there is enough work in Auburn in the future, they will make the trip!

This was a wonderful service. Two people showed up on time. They did a very thorough job. My kitchen has not looked this great in years (they were even able to get rid of the water spots on my granite counter tops and stainless steel refrigerator. The experience was very nice. I would definitely use them again!

It went great. I called and left a message. I received a return call in a couple hours and set up a visit for an estimate. They arrived on time for the estimate and the man was friendly and professional. I received an email quote about 3 hours later. I replied and scheduled the work two days later. The team arrived on time and did an excellent job. They even did some extra cleaning that I requested that wasn't in the original quote.

Extremely nice people. Very professional job. They had to come back 2 days later to reclean the floors with a wet extractor, and charged me extra to redo the work.

Cumex provides excellent service, very professional. I live with slobby roomates so I decided to hire a housecleaning service. They quoted $80 for one day a week. We liked them so much that we decided to start bringing them twice a week. Now the price is $50/day for twice a week

I am extremely happy with their service. JC came to my home on short notice (and that too in the evening) to give a quick quote and agreed to provide service on the day I requested. JC & his team did excellent job and even though he said it will take one day to complete, he didn't rush to complete and came back second day to finish the job. He again came back to do some additional work.. He is very punctual and very quick to respond and follow-up on his work. He is nice to come to my office to pick the keys since I was busy @ work. Overall it's a very pleasant experience and I would definitely use him and recommend him to my friends and colleagues.

The results were most satisfactory. They did the windows inside and out. I've been doing them myself for years and will not do them again. I expect to used Cumex for some of their other services.
