Description of Work: CPP came to my home and evaluated an alarm system that would best work for us and our home. An estimate was given at the time of the consultation appt. I signed all paperwork and a contract. |I was told at the time that it may take a few days for the installation to be installed since they had prior installations. I loved that they told me what the contract conditions would be, when the alarm system installation could be scheduled. |When the techs Luke and Chris came out they were on time and very professional through out the installation process and again when it came time for showing us the operation of the installed system. |Great experience and I highly recommend CPP for your alarm system installation and monitoring.

+ -1 moreThey did fine work. They specialize in video but we did not get video installed. I knew them by their reputation. They came out when they said they would and did exactly what they said they would. Overall, everything was great. The people I have dealt with have all been friendly and easy to work with.
Description of Work: They installed an alarm system in our residence and do the monitoring for it.

+ -1 moreI WAS HAPPY AT FIRST WITH THE SERVICE THAT THEY PROVIDED. BUT AFTER AWHILE, THEY GOT TO BE ANNOYING. I STILL USE THEIR SERVICES AND I FEEL A LOT SAFER KNOWING THAT THEY ARE THERE.
