Cordell Fence

Cliff repeatedly had Passive aggressive comments throughout identifying job. Reported me to code enforcement with him thinking he's in charge there and wanted someone to "set me straight". What an ******* and completely disrespectful.

This interaction started out very well. Cliff was friendly and likeable. He seemed very experienced and knowledgeable about the kind of fence I wanted. After his initial visit, I had some questions about grades of steel pipe and gauge of fence wire, and also decided to make a change in a gate and small section of wood fence adjacent to the horse fence. I called, and he came back out to see what I was talking about. He left, knowing I wanted some follow-up price information. I didn't hear for a week, but since it was around Thansgiving, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Long story short--I called two or three times and he always had an excuse and a new date for finalizing his estimate. I got the message, although by inference, and switched my interest to other bidders. I have dealt with many contractors, and I know stuff happens, but maintaining a good reputation for honesty and professionalism requires just THAT! I didn't appreciate being left twisting the in the wind, calling, wondering, wasting my time ,and finally getting angry. A simple phone call to say he didnt want to pursue the fence job would have been good.

I called Cliff back a few weeks later, schedule a appointment for 6/11/2015. Cliff and his crew came out and was very prompt on time. They removed my old fence and replaced it with Red Wood fence. It was a straight run fence dividing my property from apartment complex. They were very professional and efficient. They did a great job and the fence look awesome. I would definitely use them again.

AS I MENTIONED ABOVE--EXCELLENT RESULTS

Cordell Fence did jobs for me twice. First they were hired by a neighbor on one side of the yard and they were then contacted by me when another neighbor and I needed some fence work. On both occasions the work was excellent, fast and at a very good price. I will use Cordell again when the time comes.
