 + -1 moreAlthough he did fix the problem, it took 3 hours and cost $231. I didn't complain, but I did feel I had to pay for his inability to repair what he assured me was a simple problem when he started.
Description of Work: Two or our computers wouldn't mesh with our printers. The repairman repaired them.

 + -1 moreTHE SERVICE ONLY TOOK TWO HOURS. I FEEL THAT THE TECHNICIAN WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. HE EXPLAINED ALL OF THE STEPS TO US. HE WAS PERSONABLE AND PUNCTUAL. HE DID NOT MAKE US FEEL INFERIOR. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
Description of Work: WE HAD THIS COMPANY FIX OUR COMPUTER. THEY CAME TO OUR HOME TO CLEAN UP EXTRA FILES, GET RID OF COOKIES AND BRING OUR COMPUTER BACK TO OPERATION.

 + -1 moreI THINK THAT THEIR SERVICE WAS EXPENSIVE BUT IT WAS WORTH IT. THEY DID A GREAT JOB FIXING THE COMPUTER BECAUSE IT WORKS BETTER THAN EVER NOW. I THINK THEY DID A GREAT JOB.
Description of Work: THEY HAD TO REPLACE THE HARD DRIVE IN MY COMPUTER. THEY ALSO ADDED SOME MEMORY.
