They took the extra time needed to accurately assess my current setup, point out where there should be changes made and explained why and provided cost-effective solutions to our needs. The most impressive part of this company is how big and knowledgeable they are yet they treat you like you're their only customer. Okay, that and their excellent response time when you have a need or a question.
Description of Work: Being the owner of a medium-sized company for 31 years, I have a lot of experience with computers, networks and IT support. In all the time I have had managed IT support for my company, I never had the excellent service I consistently receive from The Computer Experts. Yasar and his team are extremely knowledgeable and professional and, my favorite part, responsive! I expect to be with this company for years to come and recommend them to all of my friends and colleagues.

Description of Work: We have a hotel in N. Sac. Our entire network went down after a power surge in the building. We have been using Computer Experts for about 2 years now. They had dispatched a tech to our location immediately after our call and we were up and running within the hour. All systems go!

Description of Work: Made an appointment for them to set up my new computer. They missed the first appointment, I called and set up an appointment for the next day. They still failed to show up and no phone call.
