+ -1 moreThe tech arrived 45 minutes early, after calling to verify this was OK. He promptly and professionally started the diagnosis, while offering as much or little information I desired. As a fix it guy, I asked lots of questions and the tech was happy to answer them. The repair turned out to be a relatively simple fix but rather than just leaving, hhe continued the checklist of other possible causes of problems. He taught me a couple things about AC systems I die nott know, which should help me minimize future service calls.
Description of Work: Troubleshoot and repair AC on the hottest Saturday of the year so far

Description of Work: We put in a new HVAC system for our rental. Complete Comfort gave us the best price out of the 3 quotes that we got. They did a pretty decent job. They even came back to check out the system for us when our tenant was complaining that the system was not giving them enough cold air, and they found no issue. (We subsequently used a third company to check out the system and they too confirmed that there was no issue.) Melissa and Kurt are pretty friendly and easy to talk with.
