 + -1 moreSuzy Anderson is a terrible realtor. Do NOT work with her. She cheats, lies and steals. I would never list with her or buy from her. She has been the realtor for a home I've been living in that's been for sale. She has made my life ****. She has done everything to make everything difficult. She does illegal things. She has allowed people to come in to the house without notice (that resulted in my dogs getting loose and running in the street) I'd recommend working with Agi Smith if you're in the market to buy. She's amazing.

Description of Work: This review is about the agent and not the overall agency. It's about a Coldwell-Banker agent named DALE SMITH. Choosing a realtor is like choosing an attorney. You're certain the outcome may not be as positive as one would like but you hope for a better-than-average experience at best. Before we were to LIST our home, we placed it on CraigsList as a PREVIEW. We received tons of calls from prospective realtors; all promising us the world (especially agents from Keller Williams). They had BUYERS lined up around the block they promised! If we would sign a CONTRACT first (they all showed up with one filled out and ready to go). We get a call from Coldwell Banker agent DALE SMITH here in Sacramento. She manages to get an appointment with me but shows up with no paperwork, no promises, no sales propaganda. She shows up with a real buyer (we're not even listed yet!!!). She offers to take a 4% commission instead of a 6% commission... She tells us we don't even need to LIST the home as we are in a sense FOR SALE BY OWNERS. She spends time later in the home with the buyers and has a contract within a day for more money than we ever expected and far more than any other realtor ever suggested. Done! Home closes escrow within 4 weeks and we are just constantly in the information loop as to what is going

 + -1 moreThis is the second time I have dealt with Caldwell-Banker, The Jensen Team - specifically LORI SACCO. I was interested in buying a house that had been in foreclosure for over two years. The Bank finally decided to sell it and listed it "as is." I immediately called Lori Sacco, made an offer, and she submitted the paper work in a timely manner. A few days later the Bank changed their minds and decided not to sell it "as is". Therefore, I made an appropriate counter offer and they began work on all the code violations that needed to be taken care of. In the meantime, the Bank gave us a closing date and Lori helped me complete all the necessary paperwork so that we could close on the date given by the Bank. Unfortunately, the closing date had to be extended as the City required the Bank to wait 30 days before they could close. Lori was in touch with the Bank's real estate agent, the title company, and everyone concerned on a regular basis. When the deal finally closed, Lori was the one that contacted me to let me know when the papers had been recorded as the title company forgot to call me. This was important because the house was destined to be a rental and I needed to know as soon as it was in my name so I could begin workiing on it.
