+ -1 moreIn my opinion it did not go well. I did not know it was going to take 2 hours to replace a ceiling fan. I was under the impression he was familiar with installing a fan. He had to consistently refer to the instructions which resulted in him working slower than someone more experienced. As a result he was charging me $35.00 an hour and totally stretched out the time to ensure that he received $70.00. When I initially spoke with him he informed me that his rate would be $30.00 an hour. I did not know any different until he finished the job. I believe I was swindled. No I will not use his service in the future. It should also be noted that I spoke with a couple of other handymen and was told for the job I had done it should not have taken no more than an hour or hour and a half.
Description of Work: He installed a ceiling fan. There was already one in place. The only thing he needed to do was remove the existing and replace it with the new one.

+ -1 moreThey have come out a couple of times for me. He was very good. His prices are fair. I have recommended him to my neighbor for some handyman work. He is reliable. He is fair and just is good. If I needed something today, I would call him.
