Description of Work: Tony came to our home twice (a 4hr round trip) and was very helpful in providing information that ultimately led us to decide to replace 19 windows in our home with Clarke & Rush. The cost was comparable to other local shops, and almost 1/2 the price of Sears. The windows arrived in their shop on time and were scheduled to be installed at our convenience. Nick, Ron, and I'm afraid I can't recall the name of the third installer were punctual, respectful of our home, professional and completed the work in 3 days as promised. We had some challenges for them with a tri-level house with many windows only accessible from the inside (unless a person were to erect scaffolding). Family had talked to us about what a mess the window install would be, but drop clothes were used to minimize mess, windows were cleaned at the end of the install, etc. As they finished installing the last window we prepared to evacuate from the Butte Fire. Nick and Ron were genuinely concerned about us and our home, and even went so far as to offer to help us load a few heavy items in our truck. We returned to our home several days later, unscathed. If were have any problems with the windows, we know we can call Tony and he'll take care of it. We've already noticed a significant improvement with noise reduction. We are very happy with the product (Amerimax windows), the professionalism and workmanship of Clarke & Rush. We would use them again and would recommend them to friends and family.

I WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE EXPERTISE AND PROFESSIONALISM IN WHICH THEY HANDLED THE SITUATION. THE TECHNICIAN THEY SENT TO DO THE JOB (SIDNEY) WAS THE BEST. HE WORKED UNTIL THE JOB WAS FINISHED. HE EVEN WORKED ON HIS DAY OFF TO FINISH UP THE JOB.
Description of Work: I HAD A CLOGGED SEWER MAIN. THEY HAD TO DEMO FLOOR IN RESTROOM AND CUT PIPE TO FIND OUT WHERE THE CLOG WAS. THEY CLEARED CLOG AND REPAIRED THE FLOOR.

THEY PROVIDED VERY POOR SERVCE AND IT TOOK THREE VISITS TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. HE ALSO SHORTED OUT SOME OF THE EQUIPMENT, WHICH THEN THEY HAD TO REPLACE AT THEIR COST. THEY WERE VERY UNREALIABLE. HE STATED THAT HE WOULD BE HERE AT ONE TIME, BUT WOULD NO SHOW UP UNTIL HOURS LATER.
