They were really professional. They do a lot of work and you can tell they know what they are doing. They got all of the permits and things approved by the city.

It went great - I would talk to you longer but I am leaving for Alaska today and I need to get going. Yes, the work went off without any problems.

The salesperson (Aaron) was very impressive because he was easy to understand, honest and forthcoming, and really knew the A/C and heating business. Clarke & Rush's crew did an exceptional job of installing my new system and making sure I was satisfied with the results. I received bids from 6 other companies and decided on Clarke & Rush because they were medium priced, didn't "over-promise" or try to sell me extraneous "extras", and they had a reliable reputation from customers in this area (Fair Oaks/Gold River).

The estimator was professional and helpful. I preferred having the compressor on the side of the house instead of the backyard in order to keep the yard clear, and the estimate was understandably higher as a result because more work was required. But when installers came, they advised against the side location, so I agreed to the backyard. So I was surprised that the final bill was exactly the amount of the original estimate, with no adjustment for the last-minute switch. But the worst part? Rather than add a circuit for the system, the installers rewired the house electrical to take over the circuit for the clothes dryer--without asking or even notifying me. I discovered it doing laundry the night before a business trip, and being unable to dry clothes. Up until 2am looking for and then using a laundromat. I called the company the next day, but got no reply. Several attempts to get the company to correct the problem have been ignored. Two months later, still using the laundromat.

They arrived at the exact time scheduled. It took about 4 hours. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. Additionally, they cleaned up after themselves.

The service they provided was great and very efficient. They inspected the unit first, found the problem and explained to me what needed to be done. I think the workers are great and they did a good job fixing my unit.

They did a really good job. When they came out, they were on time and very professional. They knew exactly what they were doing and I would recommend them to other people. They cleaned everything up well and the service was great. I am pleased.

They are the same people who installed the heat pump in the house a long time ago, so I knew that they would do a great job. Besides, they had to combine many different tasks such as the electrical and plumbing part of the job and they did awesome.

I have used them since 1973 and they are an excellent company in my mind. They are reliable. Twice a year, I also have them come check my furnace and air conditioning unit to make sure they are working properly and they always give me a window of what time they will be there. They also have someone call me right before they come to let me know that they are on their way. I would suggest them to others. I have no basis for rating the price but I just like the work that they do so I am willing to pay whatever it costs.

Made appointment two weeks ago. Appointment scheduled for 8-noon. At 9:30 am on day of the appointment they canceled. The reason given was they had higher priority work that caused the cancellation - warm weather over the weekend requiring repairs. My problem is they canceled the day of the appointment after I had arranged my day to be available. Had they canceled the day before I would have understood. Offered reschedule date was two weeks later.

Just a real pleasure to work with and they explained everything in detail. The result was more then I expected. I would use them again.

The technician arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem and informed me that the items needed to repair the furnace would have to be ordered. He told me that he would have the parts in two days and would return then to complete the work. He returned as promised. He removed the old parts and installed the new parts. The furnace works great now. The technician was professional and completed the work quickly.

I have a whole house fan which is broken and wanted it repaired. Clark and Rush referred me to a 2nd number, which was a repairman who did that type of repair. No call back, one week has passed.

Was told to expect technician between 8 am and 1 pm on 8/14/06. John arrived at 12:50 pm. John was polite and within an hour had diagnosed problem as described, indicated that his boss would contact me with estimated cost of coil/pan replacement and left. Today is 8/25/06 and I've heard nothing from Clarke & Rush. Don't think I got my $79 worth.

The salesman/estimator was efficient, effective, and knowledgeable. The installers were on time, performed clean-up, and answered all questions within the two day installation process. The company was very near to the lowest bid price.

Aaron in Sales was our initial contact with this company. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The real ''stars'' though, were Tony and Mike who did the actual installation. These two guys were on time every day and answered all of our many questions in a way that we could understand. They wore ''booties'' to keep from tracking dirt on the floors and cleaned up and disposed of all debris at the end of each work day (including sweeping the floors and the disposal of a shrub that they had to remove to install the compressor). They were polite, professional and very hard working. Tony's expertise allowed him to evaluate the system in order to place the new return and register for maximum performance. They both went the extra mile to insure that we were happy with all phases of this job. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO OUR NEEDS & ANSWERED OUR QUESTIONS. THEY WERE CAREFUL CLEANING THE AIR DUCT SO NOTHING WENT WRONG. THEY WERE VERY NEAT IN APPEARANCE & ON THE JOB.

THEY WERE A GREAT COMPANY. THEY WERE EFFICIENT AND GOT THE JOB DONE IN GREAT TIME. I LIKE HOW THEY TREATED ME AND TOOK CARE OF THINGS RIGHT AWAY. I COULD SEE MYSELF CALLING THEM AGAIN.

WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM, AND THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. THEY CHECKED EVERYTHING OUT AND I FEEL THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THE AIR CIRCULATES A LOT BETTER. THE AIR IS ALSO CLEANER.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS FINE. THE WORKERS WERE VERY RESPECTFUL. I WAS REFERRED TO THIS COMPANY BY A FAMILY FRIEND. THE WORK WAS COMPLETE IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME. I CAN GUARANTEE GREAT WORK FROM THIS COMPANY.

I'VE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR THIRTY YEARS NOW. I WOULD NOT USE ANY OTHER COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK IS EXCELLENT.

I THOUGHT THIS COMPANY WAS EXCELLENT. EVERYTHING TURNED OUT GOOD. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. HOWEVER, I NEVER SPOKE WITH ANY OF THE WORKERS.

WE WERE VERY SATISFIED, UNTIL RECENTLY WHEN WE REALIZED THEY WIRED THE SYSTEM WRONG. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND GOT NO RESPONSE. ONE DAY I CAME HOME TO FIND THE REPAIRMEN PLAYING HORSESHOES IN MY BACK YARD.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB MAKING MY HOME FEEL DUST FREE. I PAID A CHEAP PRICE FOR THE QUALITY OF WORK I RECEIVED FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SHOWED UP AND GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY.
