Charles @ Chase Pool & Spa Service returned my initial call promptly, sent me a estimate, scheduled the appointment, arrived early for the appointment, completed the job, went over the new pump operation and made a believer out of me for using Angi in the future.

Not only did Charles Chase replace my blower quickly, he identified and remove blockages in my spa jets and gave me great advice about my setup. My hot tub is working better than ever!

I called Chase Pools and in less than 24 hours, Charles Chase came to look at my spa. He had the issue diagnosed and resolved in less than 30 minutes. Charles was extremely professional and honest and I couldn't be happier with my repair experience. I HIGHLY recommend Charles and his company for any pool/spa repair jobs. I have had bad experiences in the past with dishonest repairmen and it's nice to know that there are still honest and fair repairmen out there!!

Charles Chase did an outstanding job from start to finish installing our new variable pool pump and also pool sweep. Quality work along with being highly responsive and on time. He took his time explaining how the new system worked and answered all questions we had. He will definitely be our new pool expert!

Good price and fair but didnt charge me because he felt it was an electrical problem.

Cleaning the pool took longer than expected. But Chase pools was here multiple days a week working on it until it is crystal clear. No payment was required until the job was done.

Twenty-five year old spa was leaking and not worth repairing, Ordered new spa from Sam's Club and provided Chase Pools with estimated delivery date.. When I got the actual delivery date and time window, I updated them.. When the delivery service gave me their arrival time, I let Chase know and they arrived before the spa was off the truck. Three hours later, my new spa was in place, all connected and running - I can hardly wait to jump in and enjoy it. Kash provided me with a spa test kit and showed me how to use it properly as he adjusted the chlorine and pH. I'm very pleased with their work!

He was fast and on time and was very helpful in explaining how to work the timer.

Charles and his son were awesome. Responded to my request the same day. Arranged to come look at it at a time that worked around my schedule. They found that the pump was damaged from a water drip. They replaced it and fixed a wiring problem an electrician had missed that was causing secondary issues. They also discovered and fixed a cracked plastic piece. I highly recommend them.

Charles did an amazing job installing my new pool filter. When I came home and saw my filter leaking massive amounts of water I immediately called Charles. It was late at night, past his normal working hours (7:00pm) but Charles took the time to walk me through how to turn off the pool equipment to stop the water flowing. Knowing that my pool was going to have to stay off until it was fixed, Charles made it a point to come to my house first thing in the morning to check it out. Charles came out and found that my filter equipment had a huge crack in it. He took the time to lay out multiple ways I could go about and fix it and what he recommended me doing. After doing some research on my end, I knew replacing it was going to be my best option. Charles’ price for the new filter Equipment, installation and labor was cheaper than anywhere else I could get. Once I decided to go with Charles he had my pool filter installed, pool sweep working and pool back to normal the very next day. I can’t say enough great things about Charles and the service I received. My pool Is up and running great now and I couldn’t be more happier about the service Charles gave me. I highly recommend Charles’ and will use him for ALL of my pool needs.
