This company called me 5 minutes before the appointment today and said they didn't even want to come out and give me the bid. This is after they had already re scheduled last week on the 10th of June saying the termite inspector for their company went home sick and called me 45 minutes before that appointment time. I had called them earlier in the day today to verify they were still coming at 3 for the appointment and they said yes, then call me 5 minutes before the job and cancelled on me.
Description of Work: This company was supposed to come out and give me a bid on a termite project.

Unfortunately, we had a miscommunication in our scheduling department. We weren't able to get someone out to the property in the time frame the owner insisted upon. This is a rarely happens here, that may be the reason the situation wasn't handled as best as it could've been. Since that time, we have added additional scheduling procedures to prevent the same error again.
