Julian Castillo, owner, is very professional, highly qualified to do the job, courteous, responds quickly to voicemails and emails, and is just a really nice person and easy to work with. He gave us several estimates and worked with us to make sure we knew exactly what we were getting and our overall cost. His team tore down the old fence and installed our beautiful new fence all in two days. They were great, arriving on time and going right to work. They were professional, very neat and careful of our belongings and wanted to please us. We are so happy that we picked Castillo Fencing over the 3 other companies we got estimates from. Many of our neighbors have stopped by to tell us how much they love our new fence too.

Castillo fencing does fantastic work. They removed a 26yr old fence, dug new hole posts, and installed an incredible looking, solid fence that agreed with our budget. The gates are solid, and are a welcome change from what was there. The installers were polite and professional, and even did a bit of extra, removing half a stump for us. Outstanding, wonderful work. In March, Castillo Fencing installed new fences for me and my neighbors as a result of storms earlier in the year. Julian, the owner, was courteous and thorough in his estimates. The workers were respectful of existing plants, etc., and worked efficiently.

Like most I had to wait over two months due to the recent storms. The crew was friendly and made sure to avoid damaging our expensive plants. They started the job on the date promised. I would have given 5 stars but they didn't show up on the last day and I received no call. As Julian explained it was a communication error on their part. He apologized for the inconvenience and they came out promptly the next day. The work is excellent and we love our new board on board fence. I would definitely hire them again. By the way our neighbors are planning more fence work for them. Thanks Castillo Fencing!

They came out once for a repair and had no problems, so we hired them again to make a repair for storm damage to the fence. This time, we made the appointment and they never showed up. We had even called prior to the appointment to confirm the appointment and everything was verified for the time and date. When we called to see why they didn't show up on the date scheduled, they told us that the appointment was a month later than we originally scheduled. When we explained that it was not correct and that the appointment was for today, they said that their records didn't show that and that they were too busy to come. This leaves us in a real bind as our fence is about to fall down and we have already had to wait two months for the appointment and now we have to wait another month due to their mistake.

An excellent company. Good communication. This is a busy time of year for all fencing companies, and I had to wait for a couple weeks for the job to begin. When the crew arrived, they were polite, efficient, and clean. They did an excellent job, and left the area clean. I recommended this company to my neighbor, who also had them replace some fencing. My neighbor is also pleased with the work they did.

They did an amazing job and did the entire job in one day. The initial communication was a little bit hit or miss, but it was just after a huge storm so they were probably overwhelmed with phone calls.

The price was a little high but I paid for what I got a high quality gate with metal post, metal gate frame and wood panels that matched the fence. Can not say enough about how much I like this gate. Metal is the best way to go.

I was extremely satisfied with Castillo Fencing. They were very professional and did an excellent job. The workers were very polite when asking me questions about what I needed. Before using any of my utilities they asked. They cleaned up after completing the job and left no mess behind. They were also conscientious of keeping my neighbors yard clean too. I originally was going to go with vinyl fence and decided to go with redwood. I am so happy I did. When it was completed it had turned out better than I imagined. Would definitely call them again. In fact next year I need a deck and they will be the company I call.

I am throughly satisfied with the work that was done on my fence; although i only needed a small portion of my fence repaired, Julian and his team came out to my home in a timely manner and got the job done. Two other contractors were sure to let me know that they didn't normally take on such small jobs but they were willing to do it in a few weeks. However if i was willing to install a completely new fence for the entire yard they would find an earlier time frame to do the work. Julian never made me feel as if i needed to do more in order to get the little done. He answered every question i had with great professionalism. All contractors could take a lesson from owner Julian Castillo. He promptly answered and returned my calls. His estimate(s) were fair and thorough. He started and finished my project when promised. I had a Bamboo Fence installed which Julian (the owner of the business) took on as a personal project. He did so since he had never installed bamboo in the past. He researched and painstakingly installed my fence with spectacular results. His customer service was excellent. He got back to me about my job quickly and completed it withing the time frame scheduled. I request that he deliver the frame wood in advance so I could paint it before installation which he did so readily. I would recommend him highly and will use him for other fence project.

I hired Julian to install 125 ft. of board on board 7 ft. redwood fence. The fence is amazing! Castillo fence did everything they said and in a very timely manner.
