George responded immediately to my call for help. Removal of original carpeting and padding performed quickly following approval of estimated cost. Needed heater to consistently run for 2 days to dry out the disinfectant and germicides placed on concrete flooring. Unfortunately, the company needed to change the timing of project completion which resulted in another employee finishing the work. It is difficult for me to fully assess the quality of the work since this young fellow spoke no English and my Spanish is essentially nil. In this respect, I was disappointed. There was also the small matter of my new baseboards being nicked which means that I will have to find another way to take care of yet another repair. I didn't even want to contact the company about this since the person who answered the phone was difficult for me to understand since her primary language was other than English.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION. THEY HAVE EXCELLENT PRODUCTS THAT CLEAN VERY WELL. THEY WERE ABLE TO GET ALL PAINT STAINS OUT OF THE CARPET. WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH THAT ALONE.
