Once the tech showed up and costs could not be fully explained I sent him away. Communication was poor with main office and calls were not returned in a timely manner.
Description of Work: Returned calls were few and far between, service quoted was not identified by breakdown, tech came to do work and said printer out of ink, then phone call to shop did not shed any light on cost to items and labor. Tech could not explain some costs.

We called when we had a problem with the system. They were very slow to respond. It took over 3 months for them to get the part, which they charged $165. Within a week of replacement the alarm went off for the same part. They came back, but did the wrong service. I gave up & went on line, bought & replaced the part myself fo $65.
Description of Work: This company put in a water purification system that was to be the best that could be found over $5000. We got a few reminders of maintenance due which cost $235.
