Based on a recommendation, I hired Jesus Reyes to re-roof a rental house I own in 2016. He and his crew did a great job and the price was reasonable. I was so pleased with the work that I had Jesus re-roof my personal residence in March 2017-- and again, he did a great job. I've had several people stop to ask me who did the roof. Finally, Jesus just wrapped up a roofing job on a second rental in May 2017. Here's something noteworthy: The owner of the company (Jesus) worked up on the roof alongside his crew. And every day when they were done they did a thorough cleanup. In my rating, I knocked Jesus down one grade (B) because it sometimes takes him a while to return a phone call or text-- but it's probably because he's up on a roof somewhere.

The job went very well and including clean up only took three days. The workers showed up on time and did the job Mr. Reyes said they would do. He was very good at communicating with us before and after the job was complete. At our request, Mr. Reyes added a few additional down spouts to our new gutter system. When the first rains came we had a slight problem with run off by our rear patio door. After only one call, the guys came by and fabricated a solution to our down spout problem at no extra charge.Thanks for the great service. I have only one small complaint; which may be minor, but drops the overall grade down to an A-. Our home has two very long sections of gutter that required seams. When I asked Jesus about this he explained that they had some problems with very long sections of gutter warping and bending overtime. He said he had to go back to several other homes to correct the problem. This sounded like a reasonable explanation and the seam or splice in the gutter does not leak and is barely noticeable.
