Terrell's workmanship and work ethic was impeccable. He always showed up when he said he would, and never left early. His attention to detail was unsurpassed. In fact, he wore a headlamp to ensure that every piece was sanded smooth and painted perfectly. I would recommend Terrell and Build Craft without hesitation. For a very reasonable price, Terrell from Build Craft provided exceptional service and communication along the way. I liked how he used a vacuum cleaner during demo in order to minimize the dust in the house. I also liked how too extra steps for quality work including adding putty to dry wall to ensure rigidity. I liked the fact that he used high-end drywall instead of the cheapest available. I liked how he took his time in measuring and discussing options with me. On the electrical side, I liked how he explained that the wiring of the receptacles was less than ideal and then he explained how he does it and why it’s better even though it takes a little more time. Terrell has literally made our lives better. We now have a room that we can use more often. We now have a great looking and functioning kitchen faucet that doesn’t leak. We now have a working ceiling fan. We now have a bunch of new electrical outlets that are safer, more reliable, and can actually hold plugs. There is no questioning the skill of his work. With that said, the next time I need work done in my house, Terrell and Build Craft will be the first one I call. I have no hesitation in recommending Terrell and Build Craft to my family and friends.

I could not turn the water valve for the toilet on or off because it has been welded closed. Terrell went back to his house and got a blowtorch to loosen the valve. He went above and beyond. He also put in a new water line while installing the new sink. He is very thorough and does a wonderful and professional job.

Came over promptly at 8 and worked quickly to replace the eave vents. Ended up modifying the vents so that they fit in place and had extra support to better take abuse from birds in the area. Polite and professional - I'll definitely look to him again should the need arise.

We hired Terrell to fix two of our main doors that were annoying every time we used them. Our double front doors were not lining up anymore and there was a big gap between them. This caused them to rub when opened and closed, and also made the dead bolt hard to set. Our kitchen door was also not lining up and it was impossible to set the dead bolt. We were living with these annoyances and then saw the special on Angie's List for 2 hours of "door work" for $150. Terrell contacted us immediately and we scheduled a time for him to come out. He called before coming and arrived when he said he would. We showed him what we needed to have done and he got started right away. He removed the double doors and put shims behind the hinges so that they line up. He then fixed the kitchen door. Then he said "what else?" - beautiful words from someone who is fixing things for you. We then remembered about our sticking kitchen cabinet doors, and our bedroom door knob wasn't working properly. He fixed all of those things, too. It's been a few weeks and everything is still working beautifully. I'm happy every time I open any of these doors - no more annoyances! We will definitely call Terrell again for other things we might want done around the house. I think he will be able to do just about anything we need.

Arrived on time was knowledgeable and cleaned his work area upon completion. Did good work as was very polite and respectful of our needs.

There were some things that had fallen down from the ceiling of the garage and it was a huge mess. He cleaned all that up and took down the stuff that had been jerry-rigged to the ceiling. He?s really worth what you pay for and he did an excellent job.

In my kitchen, I had 2 old florescent light boxes hanging between a wall and two posts. I wanted it replaced with a 4 light LED fixture on the wall above a peninsula. Terrel removed the boxes which were attached to the wall and 2 posts and re-textured the wall and posts. To install the new fixture, he had to move the access hole about 6 inches. I told him I would do the painting as I had the paint. He also installed a new outlet on my front porch and explained the buttons. He cleaned everything up and hauled away the debris from the boxes and fluorescent bulbs. I would definitely hire him again.

Terrell emailed and called to set up the appointment right away. He arrived on time and I showed him where the leaking faucet was located, as well as the water main shut off valve. He showed me two different styles of valves to choose from and we agreed on one. He turned off the water, installed the new faucet head and valve very quickly and efficiently.

It was excellent and well. I did not pay more than the big deal of $125. The lights are great and perfect. They were very professional and efficient. They got everything done within that time that I purchased it. The price was great.
