This is my go-to handyman company. Terrell is always professional, dependable and courteous. Always gives me detail of how the project can be done, and after completion, what he did. If not interested in the job, he tells me straight up. No wondering if he is going to call back or what time he will show up. Communication with him is easy. Even if he has weeks of projects before mine, and I'm not known for patience, I wait for Terrell-I value him that much.

It went excellent. Terrell stabilized the wall, finished the drywall around the area that had to be removed, and built a new shelf for the top of the wall. It looks completely professional. I would hire Terrell again!!!

I hired Terrell to build a wide plank walnut island counter for a kitchen remodel project. Terrell stepped in to build my wood counter after another contractor backed out at the last minute. Terrell did a wonderful job building a beautiful walnut island counter that is the focus of my new kitchen.

Terrill was able to schedule the appointment within a couple days of contact. He was on time and well-prepared to do these jobs. He worked efficiently and checked his work upon completion while demonstrating to me. This is my second time hiring Terrill and I definitely will do so again.

Things went very well. The work was done in 3 1/2 days. I added the job of putting in the baseboard and Terrell was very helpful with getting the supplies and doing the labor. His quote was very fair and he did a great job. I have used his services before and will use them again.

We hired Terrell Williams to buy, stain and install 10 window sills (seats) and 10 aprons. He was very polite and listened to what we wanted. We can be picky and ask a lot of questions. We showed him an example of the stain we wanted and when the Oak wood stained reddish rather than brown, he came and showed us what had happened. Together we chose a different stain and he told us he would sand the sills and stain them again. Very conscientious. He then came and installed our new product. He did this in a timely manner and his finishing skills are excellent. He was very clean and detail oriented. We are THRILLED with the results. We will hire him again and highly recommend him to others.

Excellent! I am so glad to have found this contractor. Terrell was punctual, prepared, and thoroughly cleaned up every day. He regularly checked in with me as milestones were met. He was willing to make minor adjustments to meet my preferences. He is a perfectionist in skill which couldn't make me happier. The timeline was realistic and adaptable. He's excellent. He's a really good guy. I know it's the busy season and we contacted a few company. He was the most responsive. He bid on some deficiencies that the inspector caught. He also found some deficiencies that the inspector didn't catch and bid on that work. He's always looking to save us money. The only downside is that he's just one person and it seems like he's in great demand. He's very cordial. He's very interested in what's best for the customer. He gave us great advise as well as great work.

Perfect!!! My brother said it is so great to work with someone who knows exactly what to do and everything turns our perfect. We are going to have him do more projects for us soon! We look forward to having Build Craft Inc work for us again!

Terrell called back promptly, gave us a written estimate, fit us into his schedule and did most of the work the first day he was here. One thing that impressed us that day is that when we explained the electrical situation as we saw it, he suggested an improved solution. Also, he discovered that we didn't have all the hardware for the closet door installation, so he had to schedule a second visit, warning us ahead of time that we might have to wait a day (which we did - he called as soon as he knew he would need to do this). The entire project cost less than his original bid, and everything looks great.

All work was completed with excellence, will continue to hire for more projects, always on time and works hard even through the terrible heat wave!! Thanks for a professional, easy and smooth experience!
