Description of Work: They fixed water damage under my dishwasher. The guy who installed the unit originally, made serious mistakes where water leaked through to the floorboard with every use. Bud's repaired the damaged and reinstalled my dishwasher. Everything is working fine now.

Description of Work: There was a sewage spill under my house. Another plumber, sent by my home warrant company, made a short inspection, misdiagnosed the cause of the spill, and said they were unable to fix it. I called Bud's, who aid they could do the work that the first plumber said needed doing. Bud's came the same day and spent as much time as necessary to find the cause. When I called Bud's and asked the price, they said $149 for two people to do the work. When the plumber was done with the work, they wanted to charge be $139 per hour for the one person who took two hours. When I explained that the price quoted was $149, they accepted a check for that amount.

Description of Work: I called this company to request a quote to change my fireplace from wood burning to gas. The person I spoke to on the phone was quite rude. She informed me the plumber is willing to provide a quote only within the time frame of Monday - Friday, from 9am to 4pm. Unfortunately, I work and so does anyone who can afford a home. The receptionist said a lot of people leave work to accomodate the plumber's schedule!

 + -1 moreEven though the repair was not reported as an emergency, Bud's sent a plumber out on the day we called and cleared the pipes; all under one hour! Additionally because this is rental property, Bud's kept me informed once the work was completed and the following day they called with the cost of the services performed. They contacted me at my request, but never once did they seemed ''put out'' to extend their quality customer service. GREAT JOB, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE!

 + -1 moreThe young men showed up on the date promised, first thing in the morning. They were professional and made certain not to scratch anything in the tub or on the existing tile (we had just had it all reglazed). Everything works beautifully. What a wonderfully honest business. We will definitely use them in the future if we need something else done.
Description of Work: Unfortunately, we tried to fix a leak ourselves, we should know better by now. We called Bonney Plumbing first and they said it would cost over $1000 to fix the part in the tub. I said no way. I called Bud's Plumbing, they showed up almost immediately for an estimate. We scheduled an appointment for them to fix it since they came in at half the cost of Bonney.

Description of Work: A toilet was behaving badly, not completely plugged up, but not draining properly. The plumber began with the easiest option of reaming out the line, but finally had to remove the toilet. It was plugged with a few toilet wipes.
