We recently removed drywall and paneling from an interior wall in our 1939 home and found Termites. We called Bouey right away and they came out the next day. At the time Dave was nice and professional giving us the run down on treatment, the work was scheduled to be complete the next day. When the worker arrived my husband showed him where the pipes were located under the cement slab as in the contract it states Bouey is not responsible for damaged pipes. Being that I work for a utility I know the damage that can be done by hitting a gas line or water pipe, so it was important for us to show the worker where they were. Assuming he took note of what we said, we thought things would be fine. Moments later our entire house shook and the worker drilled right thru a gas line. So now gas is leaking into our home, we turn our heater off and our gas main off, (fortunately we had a new shut off put in a month prior) and we evacuated. All of this took place on 12/23, so no heat or hot water two days before Christmas. The worker who hit it was very apologetic, they appeared as if they were going to fix it. They jack hammered thru the floor exposed the damage. They told us how they planned to make the repair. We asked if they minded if our plumber came to look at it, as we have a trust in him, and is VERY experienced working with natural gas. The Forman stated he didn?t mind. The plumber and the workers from Bouey had differences of opinion what a safe repair was, Bouey wanted to put a union between the two pieces of pipe once the damage was cut out as a ?fix? and the plumber wanted to replace the pipe back to the ?T? so there were no joints. Bouey opted to not fix the damage due to the cost associated with the preferred repair. Mind you, this is in the floor of our family room next to my children?s bedroom. Having two joints with potential for leaking gas is unacceptable. No gas or hot water two days before Christmas and we have a 2 and 4 year old. Our plumber was able to make the repairs, but this 585$ termite treatment is now a 1200$ project. No offer by Bouey to discount our treatment rate. No offer to pay half of our plumbing bill. No call from the owner to apologize. Nothing! I am so disappointed in their customer service. When the dollar figure is more important than the safety of your customer it is time to question your integrity.

Very responsive company that was willing to answer all questions. Their work was outstanding and was completed in a timely and very professional manner.

It went fine. The houses were empty. I was there when they were working one day and they had several guys with good attitudes that seemed interested in doing a good job. They found one area of the roof that needed some work that wasn't on the list and fixed that. I asked if they would take off the television and they did. (I think they wanted to recycle the metal but maybe they were joking.) The second house I wanted them to replace the 2 prong plugs with 3 but it turned out they had to change the three prongs back to 2 and change the kitchen and bathroom to GEF plugs. I called and

We were concerned about dry rot on the threshold to our front door and hired Bouey to do a full house inspection. They discovered two window sills in addition to the door threshold that had dry rot. They made the repairs, which were fairly extensive, and did a great job!
