BORGE DEVELOPMENT INC

I am the current owner of the house that Borge Development INC built in 2002. I have several small problems for the house and complained to the Borge company before 10 years warranty was expired (that was about 2009 and 2010), but they ignored my request at that time. Now 10 warranty is expired, and I got a drainage problem that could lead to overflow house when rains hard. Just couple days ago, I contacted Borge company to get a copy of drainage system layout plan that they used for year 2002, so that I can use as a reference to fix the drainage system. I also told them that I will spend my own money to fix the drainage, so there is no financial burden for them. I was told that only owner of the company, Thomas Borge, can answer me the question. So I was waiting for him to contact me. I didn't get the call, so I called several times, and company kept excused that he was not in his office. After several time I called them , a secretary or operator answered that the company doesn't keep the plan since 10 years warranty is expired. Year 2013 is only a year after the 10 year expiration, and I don't think they erase the archive of those file or hard copy. At first, a secretary or operator of the company told me that only owner of the company could address the issue I have, then a secretary or operator answered me that they don't keep the plan after 10 years warranty is expired. I never had a chance to talk to the owner of the company who can answer my question. They are very irresponsible, non-professional that they think they can get over after they sold the product. If a product is small things, I wouldn't bother it, but if a product is a house which generally big portion of your wealth, don't you consider seriously? If you are looking for a builder, I am not recommend BORGE DEVELOPMENT INC.

THINGS WERE EXPENSIVE FOR THE ACCESSORIES. HOWEVER, THEY DID MAKE MY HOME LOOK BEAUTIFUL. THE ONE PROBLEM WE HAD WITH THEM WAS THE FLOOR HAD SOME DEFECTS IN IT. THEY HAD TO TEAR UP THE WHOLE FLOOR TO PUT IN A DIFFERENT ONE.
