I had the work done in two different jobs. The first job went flawlessly. The second job there was quite a bit of miscommunication. However, I have rarely dealt with such a reputable company. Adrian Borge, the owner called me and discussed the issues that needed fixing and was right there through the whole process. I have to say they did a beautiful and professional job with everything and I will use the company again.

The project started out well. I got a detailed estimate from a friendly estimator. The fence went up quickly and I think it's well built. However the crew left nails & boards all over the yard, left their lunch garbage in my neighbor's yard, left a huge hole (big enough for skunks and other critters to crawl underneath) under one portion of the fence, and completely decimated half of my sprinkler lines. Three of my 6 lines are now broken.

The crew of 3 showed up on time, did a beautiful job, very professional.

The estimator and workmen were punctual. They dug the holes, set the posts in the holes, poured dry cement mix into the holes, cut the sections of fence to size and welded them to the posts, cut the posts to size, hung and adjusted the gate, and finished by putting water in the cement. Everything went well.

I thought that Borg s very easy to work with and cooperative. They were on time and did fast work. They hauled away the old fence and then cleaned up 100%. Definitely, I will recommend them to all my friends.

I was going to do the work myself until Borg Fencing sent out Tony Manino. He showed me some fence samples, that blew me away, so I said to myself, I could not match that! The quality of the sample was awesome; he gave me an estimate. Which was not higher, but a little lower that the standard 35 bucks/ft. His was about $30/ft. Two workers came out on the planned day at the correct time and got right to work. They asked me question to clarify and check if this and that was OK and exactly what I wanted. They finished within approx. 3 1/2 hours. I have had others do some fencing, but this company just rocks: The wood they use is no hardware store fencing, but thicker, stronger, and more pleasing to look at. Why would anyone use a handyman or another fence company just to save a few bucks and not shoot for the best, is crazy? This fence will out live my new 20 year roof!!

Adrian Borg arrived promptly to the estimate. He produced a written contract promptly and his estimate was extremely fair. The estimated time to start this job was right on. The office staff is very helpful and communication with this company is wonderful. There is never any doubt that what they say is what will happen. Mr. Borg is true to his word. He will stand by what he says and doesn't just say things to sell you. My experience with Borg Fence Company has been extremely positive. I wish more businesses had the customer service and work ethic that Borg Fence Company has. We are very happy with our fence and our experience with Borg Fence Company.

Estimator was right on time and thoroughly professional. Lost sale due to lower bidder and previous excellent experience accepted company.

It was a great experience from the start, and everyone I came in contact with, from the office staff to the estimator to the guys who put up the fence were great. It was done in a timely manner, it's very sturdy, and it looks beautiful. In fact, my next door neighbor was so impressed with it that she had them come back a few days later to finish a portion of her fence. Not only was the work done to a high standard, but it was done fast as well.

Estimator arrived as scheduled and gave detailed estimate. Work crew arrived as scheduled, removed old fence and replaced with new. Fence boards used are not all of a high grade- more sapwood and knots than expected. Our expectations regarding quality of wood should have been discussed in advance but were not, unfortunately. We assumed (should have known better!) that quality of boards would match those used for previous work done by a different company. Plants nearest fence took more of a beating than I'd hoped, but all should recover. Excellent clean-up at end of project.

The fence is well done, and looks beautiful. The problem we had was that the person who was overseeing the job did not get the proper inspection for gas lines before digging, and instructed his workers to dig without this step. He left the job, and his workers hit the main gas line. PG&E had to come to do the repair.

The fence is beautiful. The workers were an A in professionalism and the overseer was a C. He left the crew who didn't speak English. Normally, this wouldn't have been a problem but they hit a gas line and the job had to be stopped. The project overseer didn't get the required inspection to keep this from happening.

Pete the sales person was very professional. The workers did a good job and only minor items were needed to make this job complete. The office manager was very helpful and corrected my issues immediately.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB PUTTING UP OUR FENCING. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND CARING PEOPLE AND WE DIDN'T HAVE TOO MUCH OF A PROBLEM WITH THEM. WE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IF WE EVER NEEDED TO.

THE FENCE IS JUST EXCELLENT QUALITY AND IS BEAUTIFUL. THE WOOD IS OF GREAT QUALITY. IT COMES WITH A TEN YEAR GUARANTEE, WHICH IS ALMOST UNHEARD OF ANYMORE FOR ANYTHING, SO WE ARE QUITE HAPPY ABOUT THAT!

I WAS VERY GLAD THAT THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO FENCE IN THE WHOLE LOT THAT I LIVE ON. THEY ALSO HAD A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE END RESULT.
