Well I put air conditioner but it never got that far, we made an appt on Friday 7/5 for Sat between 8-12 we received a call that they said not service my area 95350 area code ,it was supposed to be 110 the day thy called with a broken AC unit we told them we confirmed We made an appt on Friday the 5th for Sat 7/6 between 8+12pm we confirmed the appt the day before 2x we received a call the morning of 7/6 and was told they do not service our area 95350 zip code we were outraged with this crappy service after we hung up a few minutes later we received a phone call and then was told they do serv our rrs and they can come on Friday 1 week after thy told us they would be here, so what happened and why was my original appt now changed to Friday?? Never again will I call this company or refer them to anyone!!! call back and waa told yjwy so service our area thedr giys SO NOT wvwn knoq qhete thy dervice I will nwber calll this company again ans will never regrr tjwm yo anyone!!!!!

This wasnâ t a repair. It was a maintenance service. These ratings are primarily based on the technician who was great to work with.

Very disappointed with this company. They came to replace my kitchen sink a week ago. They broke my tiles during the install of the new sink. Then I had to find a tile guy to order and fix the tiles. That cost me $450 for parts and labor. Now I canâ t get them to come back to re-install the sink. They have cancelled on me for three separate appointments now. I am left without a kitchen sink for a week and have wasted 6 hours waiting for appointments that were no shows.

The person who came to our house did excellent work. He did more than repair the leak. He changed the pipe and added straps to hold it in place.

The company will take care of you if you take care of yourself. That is, know what it is you need. Do your homework. Then hire.

It took three appointments to get service. This is their track record . Technicians were fine. But wanted to sell, always.

The day the service was scheduled did not go well. We were scheduled between 8 and 12, but they called in the morning to move it back to 10 to 2. I called them after 2 because we had not heard anything. The technician finally came around 3:45. I think it is very poor customer service to expect someone to wait all day for a service call. Once the technician arrived the service was done very professionally. He did find that they should have enlarged our vent with the install two years ago, and they will have to come back and do that. It makes me think they did not have proper attention to detail during the install. There also was an up-sale so that a $79 service call ended up costing us over $450.

the repairman (ZAFAY) explained what he was going to repair and the cost.He was polite know what need to be fix.

I also had a Heating system installed. The two teams that installed our systems were â  5â  on the customer service scale! Now, trying to get my $3,500 rebate submitted to SMUD is a â  0â  on the customer service call center. Bernadette Farthing hung up on me because after 4 months I declined to hear what she had to say. I retired from SMUD after 32 years and I have NEVER experienced such a horrible customer experience! I had to reach out to my contacts at SMUD to get my Rebate submitted from Beutler!! Scott was going to contact me, according to Bernadette. He only contacted me AFTER I contacted SMUD. You have other customers who have Rebates sitting on Scottâ  s desk needing to be submitted. This is inexcusably and Iâ  m looking forward to replying to the survey I received from SMUD. The Buetler answering service leaves emails, and if you donâ  t answer when the person youâ  re trying to contact calls, you go right back to the answering service. It took me 4 long months to get our Rebate submitted by Scott after I had to contact SMUD!. I will definitely follow up with SMUD to see if Scott actually did his job!

Efficient and not pushy.

Service was completed by a qualified technician (Jake) and was pleased with his expertise professionalism. He was on time and completed his service call in a timely manner. Very pleased with his work.

Material and tech support are GREAT, but the Customer Service (Call Center) is REALLY LOUSY. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best, for telephone support I would give them a -3 (minus 3).
