Description of Work: They do good work when here; however, on several occasions over the years, they call and say they will be late or have to reschedule. They say because of emergencies, but that is no excuse for poor customer service. When we bought a new water heater last year, their estimate for the same water heater we bought through you and Putnam was $1000 cheaper than Beutler.

Description of Work: Beutler partnered with Home Depot and provided a $49.95 tune-up promotion (due to typical seasonal slow business which exponentially picks up in the summer) | |I found the prices for two replacement parts were a little steep. | |Service wise... quick, accurate and stress free. They gave excellent dispatch call service, recommendations and tips for HVAC ownership.

Description of Work: Came from their checkup of the environmental they installed 12 yrs earlier. Found a worn part, replaced it and then checked the system to make sure overall it met specs. They also adjusted heat for front room by changing baffle from summer to winter. |Went well, overall. I asked what was the usual lifetime of the changed part - he said 12 yrs - pretty close, so I ok'd the replacement.

Description of Work: We could not get the thermostat to change from heating to cooling. We called Beutler. A service person was sent out in a timely manner to turn on the cooling system. We were not charged for this service.

Description of Work: The technician performed a yearly inspection of the A/C (under a maintenance contract the previous owner of my home passed on to me), and said everything was in fine shape. Three months later a Beutler tech came to inspect my furnace and proposed replacing my furnace and A/C. Not good.

Description of Work: They replaced the coil in our heater and adjusted some of the vents. They also replaced the pan under the heater that had rusted. It went well, although they had to send someone out at least 2 times more to adjust something that made an unusual and new noise when the heater came on. They were willing to do this, didn't charge us any more for this....
