We purchased Beutler's new water cooled unit. I was very pleased to learn that this unit is less expensive and more efficient than the a standard unit of comparable size. Beutler was very prompt in providing a quote, scheduling the install, and installing the equipment. The only negative thing I have to say about them is that the technician who came out to inspect the house prior to installing the unit did not seem to be very knowledgeable. We had some issues finding space to run the ductwork between floors, and he was not able to come up with any solutions - helpful or otherwise. I was told to figure it out and call him when I had. Fortunately the problem was easily resolved, but he could have been much more proactive and helpful. After all, he is the professional contractor - presumably he's done this before. However, I suspect this is a problem with the employee, and not a reflection of the company overall.

This company goes above and beyond to help their customers.

After my one year guarantee expired, they offered me a five year service contract and I accepted it. I made a one time payment that is good for the next five years. Sometimes it's difficult to make an appointment with them in the summer because they are very busy.

I love that I never have to call them. It is great that even though I am a new owner they still honor the agreement and treat me well. They call if they are going to be late. These guys are really great.

The service person was on time and polite. He inspected the outside condenser and indoor mechanics and filled out the paperwork. He had to be asked to inspect and clean the filter (this is usually routine for an annual inspection).

Technicians are nice and appear to know their job. Customer service is the worst I have ever seen. The wait time for an appointment is over a month. I called to confirm my appointment and then they didn't show. The representative laughed when I asked to speak to a supervisor and another representative I spoke with had to be asked 3 times before they gave me a supervisor.

WE HAVE A FIVE-YEAR CONTRACT WITH THEM. I FEEL THAT THE PRICE FOR THAT IS PRETTY REASONABLE. WHENEVER WE HAVE A PROBLEM, THEY COME RIGHT AWAY FOR OUR SERVICE NEEDS.

THIS COMPANY ORIGINALLY INSTALLED THE UNIT BEFORE I MOVED IN AND IS FAMILIAR WITH IT. THEY ARE ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND POLITE. I TRUST THEM AND FEEL THAT THEY ARE HONEST WITH ME.

OUR FAMILY HAS RELIED ON BEUTLER FOR THE PAST 15 YEARS. I WOULD NEVER CHANGE COMPANIES. TO US, BEUTLERS IN SYNONYMOUS WITH HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING. THEY ARE A VERY RELIABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY.

I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WOULDN'T COME AND CHECK ON MY AIR CONDITIONING UNTIL MY HOME INSPECTOR CALLED TO TELL THEM THAT THEY NEEDED TO COME AND FIX IT. THE WORKERS THAT CAME WERE VERY INEXPERIENCED AND NOT POLITE.

THEY HAD A VERY DIFFICULT TIME COMING OUT TO MY HOUSE. WHEN THEY FINALLY DID ARRIVE, THEY SEEMED TO HAVE SOME PROBLEMS. I WAS NOT VERY SATISFIED WITH THE JOB THEY DID. I WON'T USE THEM AGAIN.
