Description of Work: Brian even responded to my email on a Sunday! We didn't expect a call until Monday at the soonest. He proven to us that he knows the pool business and my husband and I wouldn't use anyone else.

Description of Work: I have been using Bryan for weekly pool service ever since I located him over two years ago when I was looking for someone to install a new pool heater. Subsequently, I have used him to install a new smart pump, as well as the ongoing weekly pool service. No complaints whatsoever. Would unconditionally recommend him and his company.

Description of Work: I had a pool that had been neglected and needed major cleaning (definitely green!). Punctual, friendly and efficient! I was so happy, they now take care of my pool monthly!

Description of Work: BRIAN WAS VERY HELLPFUL AND RETURNED CALLS IMMEDIATELY. HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND SOLVED IT. WE WOULD USE HIM AGAIN FOR SERVICES! EXCELLENT AND EXPERIENCED.

Description of Work: I contacted Brian by E-mail late in the evening to outline what i thought was needed to repair my pool. The list was long. I had maintained my own pool off and on for over 30 years. Brian telephoned me the next day and asked if he could stop by that same afternoon to take a look . He gave me a complete assessment in less than an hour and got my pump and running What I thought was going to very expensive turned out to be very resonable Brian also had some great ideas on how I could update my pool at less cost over the long run. He will get back to me this week to set up the long needed update. Brian provides the kind of service that us old timers expect. Very rare these days.

Description of Work: I called to see if someone could come soon to see why the pool heater was not working. He came on a Saturday which was much appreciated. He trouble-shooter the issue and gave us 2 suggestions. Purchase new filters first then fix the part that seemed to be the problem. We purchased new filters, but still needed the part replaced as heater was not working. We needed the filters anyway. We had another company come out and they said the same thing, we had to order a whole new part , about 300.00.

Description of Work: I'm filling this out way after the fact...the service i got was good. He diagnosed a problem i'd been having with the sweep, and gave me a new filter to put on the sweep hose. Cleaned the pool as requested. Generally i find pool service more expensive than it should be, but his price seemed to be in line with industry
