Technician offered two choices: we could keep current system, with some minor repairs or upgrade. Originally, we were going to keep current system, but he offered an upgrade at half their normal labor cost. Appointments were kept, as scheduled, and technician arrived on time. Unlike our current provider, he provided a written estimate of the work. Changes to the original estimate were explained and were, actually, in our favor. They will be providing monthly monitoring at a lesser cost than our current provider We're very happy with the system.

Technician checked control and alarm wiring, etc. and said it was all right. It has worked correctly since then.

After almost a year, we are very glad we selected them. Everything is still working well.

Showed up on time. Performed installation as promised, at cost estimated. I have had a few questions since installation and the representatives in the office have happily answered them.

I think that they are very good on price. I will continue to use them. Every time I have a problem, I can call them.

The builder had used them to install the alarm system. When we moved into the home we continued the service with them. They have been very satisfactory as far as I'm concerned. The alarm wires were broken and they couldn't restore them, so they put in a remote transmitter on the windows. A new receiver also had to be put in at the alarm box to receive the signals from there. It seems to be working appropriately now. They are good. We have been using them for a number of years now.

I thought they did a good job. The system does work well. They also consulted with me, before they installed the system, to let me know where they would be drilling into my home. I would use them again for this service. The installation guy was very nice.
