Description of Work: Copper line from shower valve to shower head replaced, shower valve insert replaced, new owner-provided sink faucet installed, new sink shutoff valves and water lines to faucet installed. The written estimate was a bit too brief, so several surprises in parts and labor insued. But over all the work was done very professionally. In the future, I will get a much more decriptive and complete written estimate.

Description of Work: They replaced and outside faucet and replace a shower knob internal assembly and handle, plus the faucet and part of a pipe that rusted out behind the faucet. |This is the fourth time I have used Armstrong and the service is always high quality and they are very customer service oriented.

Description of Work: We had a leak in the flexible tubing under our kitchen sink. I called Armstrong. After talking with them for a while, we identified the brand of faucet and they recommended I go to the manufacturer's website. I did so, called a representative and they shipped a replacement hose at no charge. The directions were clear enough that I was able to install it myself.

Great!
Description of Work: Cleaned out sewer drain; toilet backed up from tree roots. Justin was awesome, fast & very courteous. My 92 year old dad stayed with him the whole time talking while he worked and he was extremely patient with him & kind! Would use him again.
