Description of Work: Master bathroom drain cleared from clog.

Description of Work: This company and the guys who work for them are fabulous! They spent one day going through all my pipes to remove a clog that made my washer back up. They put in a circulating pump that brought INSTANT hot water to the back rooms of my house, and they put in a brand new water heater (mine was very outdated and inefficient). Very professional, friendly and efficient! I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Did a good job ... they weren't able completely fix the problem but I feel that they did their best. Very professional.

Description of Work: Took forever, and no resolution was really found. Not sure if the issue was our house or the gentleman who came to perform the work (though he did seem pretty clueless, and I don't mean that in a mean way, he just really had no clue what was wrong with the pipes).

Description of Work: Dan, the plumber, installed a water-hammer arrestor to reduce the noise of clanging pipes when my sprinkler system changed stations. He also took the initiative to check the pipes in the basement and saw a spot where two pipes hit each other. He readjusted them. I'm delighted with the results.

Description of Work: I am so pleased I called Armstrong for an estimate on our under slab hot water line leak. The locate service they referred me to was a wealth of information and did a great job of locating the water line. Armstrong bid both to repair the line (jackhammer through the slab) and replace the line going through the attic, which is what we did. Of all the bids obtained, only Armstrong came up with a way to put the new line in without cabinates/countertop being removed, and their bid for this work was very competitive with others for the under slab repair. Quality work, on time, and stuck to their bid even though it was more difficult/took more time than was the plan. A quality business, this consumer is very pleased.

Description of Work: Changed the valve in the shower ( stopped the leak we caused by trying to do it ourselves). He also noticed a small leak in the shower head and fixed that,too. |

Description of Work: Located and fixed a water leak. When found, leak originated in AC condensate line not water line.

Description of Work: Cleared a sewer line where the clog was at the very end of the back yard, almost to the main line. Called on Saturday morning after discovering solid waste around the clean out (after a few weeks of on again/off again flushing problems with one toilet), and was told they could get someone there between 12-3 that afternoon . . . Mike showed up on time, cleared the roots, and even provided advice to next door neighbor who had a coincidental sink clog.

Description of Work: In less than five minutes, they simply tightened a fitting. In five minutes I could not assess them on quality. For five minutes work it cost me $150. Although I was not happy with the cost: (1) I knew the price ahead of time and (2) If I attempted the job, I would more than likely have broken something, a cost that would have been much higher than $150.
