Milton the plumber was conscientious about calling to say he was running a few minutes late, and he did excellent work. The cost for the job was exactly as originally estimated. I will definitely use again.

 + -1 moreThe estimate I received from the company was about $100 more and an extra hour more, even though I had argued with the dispatcher, telling him it was a 90-minute job. Turns out it was a 2 hour job, so I was closer to the estimate than the dispatcher. The plumber apologized because he said the vessel was not as rock solid as it should be on the granite. But I'm very picky, and it seemed fine to me. I was happy with his work and advice. He then gave me an off-the-cuff estimate for several other projects I want to tackle. I will say this, when I need another plumber, I will still call Armstrong because they are better than most of the yo-yos out there, including some in Land Park, whom I will never hire.
Description of Work: I had to call the company three times before anybody called me back to book an appointment. It's a good thing I don't give up. I called one evening after hours and left a message. Nobody called me by the following morning, so around lunch time I called again. I talked to a real person who told me the dispatchers were out to lunch but somebody would call right after lunch. That evening, I called again. The work that was performed was good. I had the plumber install a vessel sink on top of a granite counter, put in a single lever faucet and a drain. He could not install my pop-up drain because Heick Plumbing had sold me an incompatible drain. So he put in a grid drain. He had extra parts on his truck that were needed for the job such as bolts and supply lines.
