I TALKED TO DAVE A COUPLE OF TIMES ON SATURDAY TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHERE THE LEAK WAS COMING FROM AND HOW I SHOULD PROCEED. HE WAS VERY PATIENT AND ENDED UP COMING OUT THE SAME DAY TO MAKE A TEMPORARY REPAIR TO A SMALL HOLE PIPE LEAK IN MY WALL UNTIL I COULD GET AN INSURANCE ADJUSTER OUT TO TAKE A LOOK AT IT. AFTER THE CLAIM ADJUSTER LOOKED AT IT, HE HAD ANOTHER PLUMBER, ANTHONY, COME OUT AND MAKE THE FINAL REPAIR. THEY WERE BOTH VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.

Overall, I had a great experience with Armstrong. They are responsive, professional, friendly, and reasonable. Peter is now my plumber.

Got professional and intelligent information from both the office and estimator. The installer was prompt and efficient. The office contact was especially good at keeping up on communications, mostly by e-mail. The estimate was sent by e-mail which was easier to read than the hand written estimates we got from other companies. It passed the county inspection.

They went beyond what was expected, and I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

Overall we had a great experience with Armstrong Plumbing. I was worried about getting someone to come out late on a Friday afternoon. We also had a company Christmas party to get to that night so we were in a time crunch. I didn't even have to ask them to rush. The whole thing went quickly and efficiently. Shortly after I called, Geoff and Dave arrived and they went right to work. They finished in about an hour. I was able to use my Angie's List coupon to get 10% off the labor. I thought the price was great. I also got some good advice on some preventative measures we could take to help us next time this happens.

The plumber was on time and efficient. After taking off the 10% Angie's List discount the price was a bit lower than the original estimate.

It was a positive experience. They were timely and professional. They quoted the price up front so I had an idea as to what the cost was going to be. It was expensive. He stuck to the price he gave me. I would use them in the future.

Everything went as expected. All those annoying little things are fixed.

Called Armstrong on Monday. Set up an appointment for Tuesday. Dave called before the appointment time to report he would be late 45 minutes. Came before the 45 minute were up. Explained the job thoroughly. Proceeded to clean out both front and back clean out lines. Very professional. Seemed to really know what he was doing. Polite and courteous. Service was great.

They arrived on time. They were courteous and professional. They were also diligent, and I am very happy with them.

The experience was good; I would use them again. They explained what they were doing and they even gave us tips on how to keep the pipes clean and they seemed reasonable.

Wow is Armstrong Plumbing amazing! On the Tuesday after Labor Day, our water heater went out sometime during the night, pouring water all over the garage. We found out with a cold shower. I checked Angie's List and got the name of Armstrong Plumbing. I called them at 8 am and they said they could have someone out as soon as I wanted. I scheduled them for 9:30 so I could get home from work (I'd gone to work because I didn't think I'd get same day service). David arrived a couple minutes early and got to work immediately. He gave me a 3 hour estimate and was done in under 3 hours. He showed me the workings of the new water heater and said to call immediately if I noticed any issues. What great service!

When the original plumbing company I contracted with called that morning to say the technician was overbooked I was furious. I was moving the next day and had called a week in advance to schedule the work. I checked Angie's List and found Armstrong Plumbing and read the reviews and was influenced by the comments that the company would send someone out within the hour. When I called the dispatch person said they could send a technician within the hour. So I was able to meet my deadline of moving the next day and have the water filter system installed in my new home. The green light for the water filter monitor did not work so the technician returned the next day and corrected the problem. I will now use Armstrong Plumbing instead of the other plumbing company what is also listed on Angie's List.

The water flow of our Master Bathroom shower had slowed significantly in a short amount of time. After checking the shower head and not finding any clogged areas, I checked Angie's List and located Armstrong Plumbing which had a very high rating. I called them in the afternoon and they were out the next day, located and fixed the problem and the shower is now working like it was before. Apparently when we had the bathroom remodeled, the fixture we chose had a lever to redirect the water from shower to bath, but we only have a full-sized shower, so without use the lever had begun to rust and clog the incoming water pipe. Armstrong Plumbing took care the of the problem quickly and for the minimum charge. I would highly recommend them.

They came out to my house pretty quickly. They also gave me a break on the price because they had to do something that cost more. They were very kind in helping take care of the problem with the city.

Outstanding experience from the first call to completion of the work.

Based on a significant number of favorable reports on Angie's List, I first called Armstrong on a Saturday for an emergency repair on a hot water heater. A highly professional plumber, George, arrived within an hour, installed a new thermocouple under tricky conditions and restored our hot water in time for a family gathering. Two days later, by coincidence, a shower control valve gave out in the late afternoon. The first thing the next morning, George arrived once again and this time replaced a damaged cartridge. While he was writing up the order, I asked about a troublesome toilet in a half-bath. He looked at his watch, saw that there was still some time "on the meter," and said he'd take a look at it. Within minutes, he diagnosed and fixed the problem, all without additional charge(I had originally thought I had to replace the whole toilet). In sum, both George and Armstrong did a first-rate job, and after a number of unhappy experiences in the past with outfits in the Yellow Pages, we've found our new "go to" plumber.

It went very well and I am very pleased with their service.

They were on time and they did the job in a timely manner. When I first called them I thought I would need a new water heater. They came out and fixed my water heater in about five minutes.

The overall experience went very well. While we waited for the solution to unclog the shower drain, he helped me out with advice on how to unclog my garbage disposal. He was very friendly and personable.
