They are very careful about not tracking dirt into the house. They always respond very quickly, and are very nice. They give exceptional service.

They were on time, professional, courteous, focused on completing the job and getting it done right. Excellent service and workmanship from Mark & Mike at Armstrong Plumbing.

The price was right in the middle and I would rate him highly. They were all good and I would use them again in the future but not for this project.

I called in around 8:00am on Friday and was told that they are all booked till the following Monday. I asked if they could squeeze me in somehow during the day before the weekend, because I hate having to spend the weekend with floating food debris in my kitchen sink. They said they would try to accomodate me, but no guarantee. Around 10:00am, I got a call that Georges could drop by and fix it for me in about 1/2 hour. Georges did drop by on-time and completed the job within 1/2 hour. He also explained to me what is going on with the clog as well as taking care of not getting my brand-new carpet dirty and cleaning up everything before he left. A+ for the service (if there were an A+). Definitely would use them again,

I called at 9:15 am on 6/5 and gave the receptionist my information and she said the person scheduling appointments was on another call and would call me right back. At around 9:25 I was called back and they asked if I could take an appointment within the next 45 min. because they had a opening and a driver in the area, so I said that was fine. About 45 min. later Mark knocked on the door. He went into the bathroom to see what was going on and found the flange that was about 3/4 inch below the tile line. He then was trying to figure out his best plan of action. After trying a piece to extend the flange I was told the only way to fix the problem was to cut out a section of the pipe and repipe because they had two 45 degree angle pipes going into the flange. I had already figured on that so I told him to go ahead. He cut and rerouted the pipe between the garage and bathroom, raised and secured the flange, the installed a new toilet I had bought to replace the old one. It took him a little over 3 hours to do and was very professional. I figured he would look at it then tell me that he could do it at a later time, but he came in, told me what needed to be done, and got to work to fix the problem. I was very thankful and will use Armstrong Plumbing on any future issues I come across.

The plumber was punctual, polite, professional and friendly. Wonderful service. Didn't take him long to locate the problem and fix it. It's nice to know there is still a plumber you can have faith in. Thanks Armstrong, we won't hesitate to call you again.

They were very prompt and courteous. He was only here a few minutes and charged me $110. They did a good job, but I felt for the short time of work the price seemed a bit high.

Early! He explained what he was doing and why, Jacob completed the job in about 2 hours. Very Very professionally done. Above all it works with me. Fine job.

Contacted Armstrong Plumbing in regards to the installation of a new hot water heater and very promptly received a call back. Set up a date for an estimate within a day. Salesman provided information about hot water heater choices and answered all questions. Labor included in rate offered and appeared to be very reasonable (compared to other estimates). Service was scheduled within the week. Installer arrived on time and had water heater installed within a couple of hours. Very professional and again answered all questions. Would highly recommend and plan to use this company again in the future for plumbing needs.

I called Armstrong Plumbing the receptionist was very courteous, professional and friendly who then quickly got a technician to return my call which impressed me greatly. I soon explained the problem and the tech said to be familiar with older houses like mine and then told me the estimate. The rate didn't seem reasonableNevertheless, I was still a little apprehensive. That is, until the technician stepped into my house. Right when the technician saw my house, he knew exactly where the problem was and got it solved within a short time. I can not express the value of honest and knowledgeable technicians. Armstrong Plumbing is an awesome customer-oriented company! I highly recommend them for any type of plumbing job, be it large or small . I made a fortunate choice in selecting Armstrong Plumbing.

The service was very fast and efficient. We have had no leaks and the new disposal is very quite and works excelllent. There were no leaks or any other problems. The plumber was very amiable to questions and answered each question to my satisfaction. Very customer oriented technician(plumber) and company!

I called on a Sunday morning. Answering service was very courteous and arranged for an emergency technician to return call my call within 15 minutes. Jacob was friendly and professional over the phone and explained the likely problem and estimates. However, with a 16-year old heater already past its prime, he suggested we might be better served by waiting until the next day and consider replacing the unit rather than incur the cost of an emergency visit. I explained we had already been planning to replace the heater but were exploring alternatives and were hoping a quick fix would buy us some time. Jacob arrived right on time 45 minutes later and proceeded to diagnose. The problem wasn't as simple as anticipated -- needing a new valve/thermostat as well as a bad thermocouple. It was clear that we could buy a new unit for the cost of a complete repair. Jacob exercised some creativity and was able to work up a temporary solution so we have hot water while we evaluate our replacement options. Was able to get us back up again within 30 minutes. While the $165 rate may seem a bit high for a 30 minute call, this is the minimum charge for an emergency call on Sunday. Jacob was knowledgeable and quick enough to remedy the situation without going into extra charges. We will be contacting one of Armstrong's estimators to help work up a permanent solution.

Great job, as I stated in service performed. On time, explained how to maintain the unit. Made some suggestion on controlling the temperature on unit. Made suggestions on making the unit last longer. Told me how to know when to change the filter. Very good tips.

Called for estimate on 2/17. Estimator wanted to see the hardware himself and came out on 2/22. Took pictures and discussed the job. Received estimate in about one day by email. Original estimate didn't break out labor cost for reduction via Angie's list coupon and didn't include the fact that I was supplying the faucets. Estimator corrected the lapses and work was performed on 3/8/2012. All clean and professional and what I asked for and wanted

Things went very well; we thought we needed a new water heater but all he needed to do was replace a sensor. He was excellent and is very punctual. I will use him again in the future.

I had to replace all the plumbing both inside and outside my older home. Armstrong was prompt, professional and stuck to their original quote even though my backyard required two days of digging through hard clay in 100+ degree weather! They've since been out whenever I've clogged a drain and have remained so professional and helpful. One of my biggest fears with buying a home was that I wouldn't be able to find a reliable and trustworthy plumbing service, Armstrong has more than relieved that fear and I'm so glad I was referred to them! I couldn't recommend them more highly for any plumbing job, large or small.

We had a problem with a toilet and called Armstrong Plumbing late yesterday. They were friendly, professional and scheduled an appointment for this morning. Peter was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. I should also add that he was patient & kind while putting up with our small, crazy dog that thought he had come to play with her. The toilet is fixed and his cleanup was perfection. Peter also noticed our large tile bathtub wasn't being used and advised to at least run water from time to time to avoid a problem with sewer gases. That is further proof that Armstrong Plumbing will send out a true professional that actually cares about the customer. From the moment Peter arrived we new we had made a wise choice in selecting Armstrong Plumbing. There is a reason they are one of the top plumbing companies on Angie's List (not for alphabetical reasons). If there was an option for an A+ rating I would give it to Armstrong Plumbing and Peter! Great service both in plumbing and Customer Care.

The plumber arrived on time. He carefully explained his fee, described all of my options and then quickly repaired my faucet with a $20 part from the neighborhood hardware store. He was friendly, professional, and informative.

My whole experience with this company was good - from my initial contact over the phone to job completion. The work was completed efficiently at the quoted price and I definitely would use them again and recommend them.

He did a great job, fixed everything that I needed, and even helped me change a lightbulb. I can say nothing bad about his performance.

Beware! I was not warned it would cost $110 the minute the Armstrong guy walked in the door. And I should have been told. If I had been told, I would not have hired them. This is more than most Sacramento plumbers charge. It is about what many Sacramento doctoral level therapists charge. The nice man looked at the wetness from the leak, pulled out the sink "snake" faucet and screwed a loose fastener/connector tight. It was thus "repaired" in less than five minutes. Then he announced he was going to "check" everything. So he could write down he was there longer? Since I had the Angie's List 10% discount coupon, I paid $99.

They came out and checked site, gave me a written estimate and did job after signing a contract. Arrived on time and completed installation on time. Now wait for results.

Peter was on time, professional, and friendly. He multi-tasked and completed all three jobs very quickly. He even took the time to answer the questions I had about the locations of key equipment and preventative maintenance. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Jacob came out and was very nice and professional. We discussed the issues that needed to be fixed. He did everything quickly and discussed different options I could take if I wanted to replace my shower head or the aerators in my two bathroom sinks. Everything was great. We certainly would recommend Armstrong and will use them again if need be.
