They were very quick and professional.

Following contact with Armstong Plumbing, and after providing details on my plumbing problem, as well as our availability, contact information and desire to have someone assess the leak we were told Mathew would make contact with my son to schedule an appointment. After four days(and no call from Armstrong) I called and spoke to Mathew again. He apologized and said he would call my son to schedule an apointment immediately. That was two days ago. I am very disappointed with this poor level of service and would not recommend Armstrong Plumbing to anyone!

For some time we've had a periodic banging in our upstairs hot water pipes occurring whenever we used the hot water in the MB sinks. I called Armstrong Plumbing and after some telephone tag - no fault on either side, just the way things worked out - I was final able to talk with plumber David Wilson. He listened not only to my description of the problem, but listened to the sound over my cell phone! He then asked me several questions about my system, including the type of shut-off valves I had. He instructed me to turn my valves fully on; they had been about half on. Thus far the problem is gone! He was very nice about it. He could have easily sent out a plumber at $110, or so, an hour to do the same thing. I'm not a plumber, and I wouldn't have known how easily the problem might be solved. He said to listen for a couple of days to make sure it didn't come back. So far, silence! Thank you so much Mr. Wilson for your courtesy. You can bet I'll be contacting this company the next time I really do need plumbing services. Haven't experienced this kind of "old fashioned" real service in a long time! Keep up the good work.

They were very informative and helped us make a decisions on a water heather. They were pleasant.

bPeter came out on time. I had tried to clear the backup with a plunger but not able to. He cleared it in a short time. Ask him about the leak. He heard it also, but said he would need to have leak detection come out to locate it exactly. They came out a few days later and confirmed it was below the slab. It would need to be accessed from the hall bathroom by removing the vanity. As this house is 30 yrs old boyh bathrooms need to be updated. Dave came out a month or so later to look at it & give me a estimate for replaceing both vanities and chg the tub in master to a shower only. I am still waiting for him to email his estimate. .Overall, Armstrong is a good company I would recommend. The only hesitation I have is for Dave, the General Contractor, who didnt show up for 1 appoint or call until hours later. If I workd it would have been a whole day wasted. Again, I am still waiting for his estimate for repairs & remodel

It went very well. A termite inspector found a sewer leak under the house. We got three estimates, all close to the same. The original line was very hard to work with, and the repair involved digging and replacing a large section and two connections. I have another plumber I use for minor things. I recommend these people for big jobs.

They located the leak and repaired the pipe. The work was completed within the time frame they had estimated it would take. Very courteous, prompt and professional service.

Really nice experience of getting the job scheduled to on time punctal response. They were fast and finished hte job in the time committed and wihtout any issues.

Everything went well. The plumber arrived on time, was professional, insured our floors were not soiled as a result of his work, promptly accomplished all desired tasks satisfactorily, and cleaned up his work area when done. He also noted and fixed a minor problem with the toilet flange in the master bath at the rental house. We have used Armstrong Plumbing twice before and will continue to use them for our plumbing needs.

My kitchen faucet was leaking at an alarming rate. I called Armstrong and received prompt and professional service on the phone call and the visit to my home. Dave installed the faucet quickly and efficiently. After completing the work, Dave gave me an estimate on another plumbing job. Will definitely use Armstrong for the next job.

I am still looking for a licensed plumbing contractor for the job. Burr as the hot water goes.

I called Armstrong plumbing on November 15th. I was given an appointment for November 16th between 11 AM and 1 PM. I indicated that I had 2 sinks with very low water pressure. Jacob came on November 16th. He called to let me know that he was on his way before noon. He arrived on time and placed covers on his shoes before he entered my home. He discussed my problem and told me that he would check it out which he did. He cleared the spray faucet of debris. The cold water was completely plugged. Next he went to the bathroom to assess the problem there. He indicated that it would be necessary to remove the Delta faucet in order to assess the problem and to determine a repair plan and to check the flow at the wall. He said that would cost me $110. I told him to go ahead and do that. Jacob flushed out lots of rust and replaced the plugged supply flex to solve the flow problem. He replaced the seals and springs. He also put put a new aerator on the faucet. He made a recommendation about what to do should the problem persist. As he was leaving, I told him about my leaking hose connection in the front yard. He said that he would take a look at it . He did and he tightened it and did not charge me. Jacob was very professional and explained everything he was doing and got my permission before doing anything.

Shower fixture leaking, needed a new shower head. that was too old. Called and made appointment and described the problem, miscommunication on the first meeting. I was supposed to supplied new shower head. In making appointment I asked if I shoud get one. Was told that I didn't have to. When Peter showed up, he didn't have a shower head, was told I had to purchase, so another appointment was made. He returned within a week and changed out the old shower head for the new one. They were apologetic for the misunderstanding. The work was completed in about half an hour. No complaints about the work or the qualifty. Overall experience was okay.

The experience in Hiring Armstrong Plumbing was worth every dime. They specialize in older homes, professionalism, cleanliness, and completing a job. This was truly an excellent experience with what they did for our home.

Our old water heater was leaking but still had one year left on the warranty. The warranty people gave me some name of companies that we could use. I confirmed the names against Angie's list, called a few companies and selected Armstong. I chose Armstrong because they were quick to return my call and listened while I explain the "whole story" of what was happening including the warranty issue. At that point, I wasn't sure if I was going to have the old water heater repaired or replaced. Rick, the "boss" came out to trouble shoot the problem. My husband who has some early dementia was present when he arrived. Rick explained everything to my husband and then was nice enough to explain everythiing to me over the phone - I was at work. I asked Rick about the decision to repair or replace -- he was very neutral about both options and answered all of my quesitons about the longvity of water heaters, what might be causing the problem, what type of new water heaters I might choose from, etc. The final decision was mine and frankly, I just wasn't in a place to deal with any potential "hassles" from the old water heater company. Rick and Brian came and replaced the old heater in one day. The one is American made - what a plus! Rick and Brian were great - they even washed down the walls behind the old water heater and clean-up some "unmentionable" stuff left by some critters that had gotten into the house. I have some other little items that I would like to do in the future. I know who I'll be calling ---Armstrong!

Another company said the job was not possible from the faucet side. They wanted to tear down the wall on the other side of the bathroom & fix it from there for an estimated cost of $1300. Armstrong was able to do the work from the front for just under $200.

The job I hired them for was pretty straightforward, but they were prompt and professional, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, and were able to show how it happened. Will definitely use them again.
