Excellent! From the appointment call at around 10 am to the plumber calling and coming 1/2 hour early to doing more work that I asked him to do. Their prices were fair, their work was great, they cleaned up and were very professional too. They showed their expertise in a great job done well

Mark arrived during the scheduled appointment window, appeared to work efficiently, and solved my problem. He also cleaned up well after finishing.

Armstrong came out quickly to fix a leaky kitchen sink. After seeing how easy to talk to the Plumber was I showed him a few other things that were bothering me. He fix a toilet that was running and snaked three sinks. Everything turned out great, He replaced the kitchen sink and fixed all the other issues.

He was sensational to work with. I had a few other companies tell me they could not install it for me. He came out on time and was friendly. He was extremely knowledgable and was able to order the part for me. He installed the ice maker and it has been working great!

Jacob the plumber and Justin the helper installed the water heater they were polite and professional. They removed the old water heater and took it away then installed the new one. They were fast and efficient. They explained how the new water heater worked and about the inspection which will be performed tomorrow Monday. I was very surprised with such wonderful service and I would use them again on any plumbing need. Thanks Jacob and Justin for a job well done.

George is very professional. He explain every thing to me before he started and after he finished. He wrote the Handi Wipe in his invoice, which I could show it to my tenant, even I did not asked him to do so. He also insisted to talk to my tenant's son and advised him not to throuhg these kinds of materials into toilet. They completed the job quickly and clean.

Arrived within 30-45 minutes of phone call to company. George was professional, clean (put on shoe covers each time before entering the house). Although the fix took a couple of minutes longer than the first thirty minutes, we were only charged for thirty minutes and, they took our 20% off coupon that we got from this sight. They have a crew that works Tuesday through Saturday so there was no added fee for weekend work.

They were very prompt and polite. They took a coupon that I had.

On their angie's list page, it stated that there was free estimates available. But, when I called they said that th Ere was a one time charge that would be deducted if repairs are done. That wasn't what I was inquiring about. I'm sure thry do a good job but, please change or remove the "free estimate" part.

The repair was quick and professional. Joseph, the plumber who came out was clean, professional, and friendly. The repair cost matched the estimate and there was no attempt to up sale. They provided the best and lest frustrating plumber repair I've ever had. They will definitely become my go to plumbers.

Gave us good advice about long term problem and cleared the line

PG&E came out to our house on a Sunday for a routine inspection on a Sunday while we were out of town. They detected a gas leak and shut down our gas. Because all our gas lines were under the foundation, we had to re-pipe the whole house above ground. I called several plumbers to come out and inspect and bid to correct issue. Armstrong Plumbing seemed the most knowledgeable and their suggestions were astatically pleasing for my wife. Armstrong was not the cheapest company, but it seemed like second nature to them and knew exactly what to do. It would be fair to say they handled the situation much better than I. They work took a total of 2 day full days and everything was completed and finished as agreed upon. I would highly recommend Armstrong Plumbing.

My drain was draining slowly. I called Armstrong and in two days,George came out and opened the sink drain. It took him about 10 minutes to fix it. He asked if I wanted him to do anything else,but that is all I needed. I received $20.00 off the price because I have used them a couple of times before. I gave him a check for 110.00 dollars and he left. He was careful not to soil my carpet. He put booties on his shoes before entering my house. I was satisfied with the Company. It was a bit pricey.

We previously had someone out to check the drainage system & he said to call a plumber so we called Armstrongs based on their high reviews. The sump pump is in an underground hole & the line leading from it to the lines in the yard that collect water was totally occluded. Pete came & took a snake to it. He said that he found a lot of roots & it actually broke his line. So in the end, we need to have that line replaced, which we haven't done yet. Pete was scheduled to come between 11 & 1 p.m. He was very professional. He called a few minutes before 11 & said that he would not be there @ 11 a.m. but a little later & then he called about 12 to say he would be there in 20 minutes. I really appreciated his consideration because then I didn't have to put my life on hold waiting for him. I knew when he wasn't coming so I could proceed with some things that I wanted to get done. I knew when he was coming so I could be finished with what I was doing in time. I thought his approach to this was just great. He worked hard while he was here. He explained what he was going to do & then did it. I trusted him. He seemed very knowledgeable & willing to explain without overdoing any of it. I trusted his experience. He was very polite, respectful of closing gates when he left, and cleaning up any dirt he left. Overall, a great experience. I would use them again. The price was after an Angie's list coupon deduction.

He came in and I had all the backup on the sink disposal, etc., he came out very professional, put the little booties on, cleaned up everything, let me know what he was going to do or what was happening and what was wrong. So, it is a very good company. He explained things to me and he did a really good job. He was in and out, and within 45 minutes he was done. He was on time. He did everything well. He was very knowledgeable.

I had pipes clanking in the attic when the lawn sprinklers went on. The clanking was so loud I would turn off the water when I went to work until the appointment date. I had another service secure the pipes earlier and the clanking became worse. Armstrong was able to show me how the pipes had been secured and it was obvious this was not adequate. They secured all of the piping and then installed a bladder release valve on the water heater. You can still hear some noise when the water is turned on full force but this is in the walls. My house is an older home and there was nothing else they could do without major wall work. This noise is minimal and I now feel comfortable about the pipes not leaking. They were very polite, informative and I will definitely use them again.

I was not here but my wife was. The plumber was on time, checked the system and agreed with our estimation of the problem. He made suggestions, was affable and professional, and got right to work. He did honor a $20.00 coupon, with no problem or question. My wife felt that he knew what he was doing and, yes, we would use Armstrong Plumbing again, if needed.

Armstrong Plumbing came out a second time in two weeks because I was having a problem with roots in my main sewer line. This had been a recurring problem for several years, and I had to have my" cleanout ""derooted" every year or so. This time Mark suggested we take a look, using a camera tube to see if we could find the problem. Sure enough, we found two cracks in the line. One was being pushed up, and the other being pushed down by roots. After giving me a quote to fix the problem, I was able to reduce the total bill by doing much of the digging myself (with the help of a neighbor). Mark replaced a seven foot section of the main line, and I shouldn't have to worry about this problem for years. I appreciated the suggestion Mark made in using the camera to find the problem.

The representative arrived on time. He tried a couple of different ways before he was able to fix the issue. Very professional and cleaned up after he left.

Mark the plumber was very efficient and picked up after himself. He did a very good job and I would call the company again.

No well, was tightened but not fixed, told me to get ahold of the manufacturer myself.

Great. Usually I am pretty good at diagnosing problems. Could not figure out where leak was coming from. It was a sizable leak, with a stream running from my backyard to front yard. He found the problem. Was a backyard neighbor who had forgotten to turn off water for 2 days. Then David the estimator went with me to the homes and confirmed the house that was overwatering. Even went to the door with me. He was very informative, and taught a few a few things about the meters. Very professional.

Have never had a problem since. Highly recommended. Great service and price was right.
