Aragon's Custom Construction

I asked for an itemized bid to frame a house. He said that if I wanted it itemized it would be $2000.00 up front. I have bid 4 other houses in the past and have NEVER had a contractor ask for a non refundable payment to bid the project. This is very unprofessional. I cannot tell you if his work is good or not, but I can tell you that i wil not waste my money just finding out if he is even in the ball park with other contractor prices. The fact that he wont itemize leaves me very suspicious.

OMG, Aragon's Custom Construction was not only the most affordable bid, but their professionalism is out of this world! They made sure everyday my house was cleaner than first arrived. Everyday he was early and made sure all tools were picked up and no sharp objects. Everyday they made sure my kids and pets were not in any danger if they were snooping as kids and animals do. They described all work performed to detail even though half of what he told me went in one ear and out the other because I was lazy not to take notes. They were always clean and professionally attire. I have referred them to three other neighbors who are hiring him and have contracts already. He does top quality workmanship and uses the best materials and goes beyond what the permitted building codes are. Heck, even the inspector was amazed at the quality of workmanship done on my house and how the owner explained the blue prints to him as there was a few weird things going on with my old house and how he installed materials that superceeded what the inspector would ask for. Permit was signed with flying colors! Kudos to Aragon's Custom Construction!! I'm a lawyer and I am very picky to who works on my house. I've gone thru twenty contractors before finding Aragon's Custom Construction. They are the only company I will hire from here on out.
