I have been using their services for almost 20 years. I'm on the bimonthly service contract. I have known Jeff (the owner) and his family for almost 30 years. Moon is my service tech. He is wonderful to work with. He is both personable and professional. I always enjoy when I'm home during his visit to spend a few minutes catching up on things. Ulices (I was happy to see it was the same technician from our old house as he is wonderful!) showed up on time for our appointment and thoroughly went over his recommendations for service since we are dealing with some pests we didn't have at our old house. I was concerned about the safety of my dogs and cats and he took the time to explain everything to me. He did a thorough spraying of the new home and adjacent barn.

It is going well. I signed up for a years worth of pest control for every other month treatment for the outside of my home. They have responded to my requests with out hesitation. Grate Company

They do a good job. He is definitely affordable with his prices. He gives professional service and good follow up. They always seem to call. They'll leave a notice for you on the door. I pay monthly $32 a month.

Quick phone answer, friendly operator, but untrue picture on their website was a deal killer.

They just show up and do the job. Once the job is done, there are no problems. When we have a contract, they do touch ups or anything. We had a cat that brought in a bunch of fleas and so they took care of that. That’s covered when we’re on a contract and that’s nice. The additional stuff is taken care of. We didn’t shop around a lot with regard to price but we’re sure they’re fine, and their treatment works. They’ve had trouble finding our house a few times. We will use them again in the future if we need to.

I like that if there is a problem in between visits, they'll come back out and take care of it.

The gentlemen showed up on time and got right to work diagnosing our pest problems (rats in the attic). He showed me how they were getting into our attic, and we discussed a few options for securing those entry points. He offered to come back and trap any pests that continued to be a problem. He provided the expertise I needed, and reassurance my wife wanted to deal with what we were expecting to be a big problem. I would confidently recommend Apex Pest Control to anyone needing pest control advice and service.

My experience with them was fair. It was web coupon from Angie’s list we got. It was $35 less. The boys were prompt. They showed up when they said and did what they said. They didn’t get rid of the bugs. They were closed on holidays. They have no recordings. When you call them, the phone just goes on ringing. You don’t even have the confirmation that you have the right number. I would not use them in the future.

They are great. They always come on time. If they miss anything they will come back. They are professional, polite, and efficient. They get the job done and I have never had a problem with their services. I would recommend this company to anyone.

They charge me $65 every 2 months and we’ve got a senior discount from them. The technician comes in and does his job. If you have a problem in between, they come that day. I had a problem with ants; so they came right away and treated them without any extra charge. They are fine and don’t do anything that is negative. They are good as any other place.

I spend $64 every two months. They are always willing to work with me, in case I have any problems. If something is not done correctly, they are very willing to come back and redo it. They come out when they say they would. I do not when they come out. They are always professional when they come out. I will continue to use their services.

Previously, I worked with them and helped me to set up. They had not worked with auto pay or pre pay and I wanted them to take care of everything. They worked with me and did it. They always came, when I needed something and included everything in the monthly bill. Once, I told them that I had spiders and they asked me to leave the house, so that they could take care of the problem. They are always professional and considerate about my indoors and outdoors.

The owner came out for the initial set up, which was good. I will use them again in the future.

I have a dog and I asked them to use safer ways of doing the pest control, and so they are very good about that. They never mind coming out back a second time at no charge. They are fine. They charge I think $69 or $65 for every other month. We will use their services again in the future.

They were very pleasant on the phone, a live person answered. I got the referral from a neighbor and she is getting a $30 credit. They arrived promptly as scheduled, explained everything and went right to work.

We've been using Apex for over five years. They have always done an excellent job of keeping the usual annoying bugs from getting into our home. Recently I had an issue with a carpenter bee nest and also a problem with wasps. Vinces from Apex is our regular technician. He went above and beyond in helping to get rid of the carpenter bees and removed two wasp nests I didn't know were there. He stopped by later in the day to double check that his work was effective. It was. We've had two or three different technicians over the years. All have been professional and friendly. A+ Apex!
