+ -1 moreWe called David about our roof problem and asked him to give us a bid for the insurance work. He agreed to come in the afternoon but didn't show up. I called the office and spoke to Stacey. She explained how sorry he was and could we re-schedule for the next day in the afternoon. Sure, I said we'll see him then. Emails were exchanged and I thanked them for the follow-up. But...the next day came and went without so much as a phone call. If they are too busy to call to explain at the beginning how hard will it be to get them to respond if something happens to their work???
