+ -1 moreIn late Feb 2013 the provider came to my home and provided a quote of $1,600 to repair a refrigerant leak to a commercial bar refrigerator. When I declined to have it serviced he called a few weeks later with a price of $800 to repair the unit. I then went ahead with the repair at the $800 price. In July 2013 the unit failed again. When I called for a warranty service call I was told that he would come out and fix it this time at no charge.It was found that there was a pin hole leak at the the orginal weld spot that was done on the first repair. I'm not sure that I would call again if the unit had any future problems.

+ 0 moreCalled on Monday mid-morning after I tried (unsuccessfully) to do laundry. I called several other companies, but this is the only company who had an actual person answering the phone. Spoke with a woman who took down all my details. Shortly thereafter, Barry (he's the owner) called me to schedule a time he could come by. He came (same day!) at around 2pm (of note, he even called me to let me know he was early to make sure it was ok). Very professional, checked out my Whirlpool washing machine. Determined what the issue was, gave me a fair estimate, time to make a decision (wasn't pressured to proceed with job right then and there), and also told me what he thought with regards to repair vs replace. The part (certified Whirlpool replacement by the way) we needed arrived the next day and he installed it. About as easy as it possibly could have been given the situation. Outstanding communication. Followed up on all my questions, concerns, phone calls. Made gentle suggestions about things I could do to prevent issues in the future, like cleaning out the drain under the washing machine. (Who knew that existed?) Really couldn't be happier! Will definitely use him again if we have issues with our appliances, though he also does heat and air so will definitely consider him for that as well.
Description of Work: Whirlpool washing machine was getting stuck mid - cycle and had error code F-06. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part needed to fix the issue.

Description of Work: II learned of Barry by word of mouth. like most people, I am very careful about who i bring into my home as many people know is a big deal for the times we live in. I felt Secure and at ease with everything he worked on. He took apart my system and found the immediate problem to the symptoms my system was displaying. He was not trying to sell me anything like so many have dealt with In the past. Rather he investigated and found my blower was covered in dirt, the vents on the motor were clogged. Im so lucky he caught this in time, it was obvious that this was the problem. He recomended i avoid using the type of filter i had, which was supposed to be "Green" rather use cheap high micron replacements. He is absolutely 100% correct. Its not green if it does not perform and destroys my system! In the end my system ran WAY BETTER than i ever remember. He checked my motor start capacitors which he verified one was not working, Cleaned all the nasty, thick cakey crud of my blower motor and wheel. Cleaned out my motors vents. Vacuumed out the inside of my unit. Made some future recomendations for service that he does not provide, but is neccesary to the health of my family and system performance. I will only be using Barry and Please know that I am very difficult to please! Im in the service industry and expect more than most also i am an honest man in my dealings and expect only complete honesty from someone I do business with. Call Barry! He is your man.
