Description of Work: We had some major issues with this service. We did use them on 6/23/2011. Briefly - I got up and noticed that water was pouring out of the second floor of our house. All-Star plumbing came out emergently and very promptly, for which I was extremely grateful. The Plumber (Gabriel) identified it as the overflow Air conditioning pipe. He said he would divert the pipe, and attached PVC piping to the overflow pipe and diverted the water to the garden. $415 minus Angies list coupon price so $315 (-$99). Only problem - clearly, it retrospect this is an OVERFLOW pipe and exists to protect the house. It had never overflowed in the 10 years we had been in the house. I subsequently called an AC service and they came out and confirmed the lower pipe was likely occluded, and blew it out. He said the upper OVERFLOW pipe should never have been diverted, as it always placed above a window so that the homeowner will notice immediately when the water is overflowing (as I did). I contacted All -Star plumbing on July 5 (and also sent an email via Angies List website) and I am still waiting to hear back from them. Essentially I asked for the work to be removed and the money we paid to be reimbursed as the work was potentially dangerous and entirely unnecessary. I HAVE NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM. What the Plumber should have said when he came out was "you need to call a Airconditioning specialist". In my discussion with the Receptionist (who is completely distracted) I mentioned several times that I had gotten their name off Angies list. No-one ever got back to me. This is the single worst experience with a provider from Angies List that we have ever had.

Description of Work: Although they were late, they called before the appointed time to let me know they were running behind on jobs. But their senior tech came and really made a difference. I was thinking I was going to have to have a lot of work done, and he got it all cleared at the quoted price. I'll call them first for any of my jobs!

Description of Work: I had done a serch for sacramento plumbers and choose all star plumbing. I have a couple of homes in the area and needed a water heater at one and sewer main line clog removal at another. I did reserch other companys as well. I found All star to be the least expensive. I know that the saying goes you get what you pay for. But so not true with them even though I spent much less with them than I would have with the other companies I recieved excilent service. Their techs are knowladgeable, polite and very professional. I am so happy that I found a trustful plumber. I will never use any other company again. Cuddos to All Star and thank you for making my disaster nothing more than a plesant experiance.

Description of Work: Rebuilt shut off valve stems in master bath tub/shower restoring water pressure from 10 psi to 80 psi. Also installed a new bathroom faucet assembly and shut off valves in hall bath

Description of Work: Thank you All Star they came out to perform some Emergency Plumbing and out of three different Plumbing Companies All Star Plumbing were the only Plumbing company to answer the phone. I had a clogged sewer main and our whole house was backed up and we had relatives over visiting it was horrible. But All Star Plumbing Came out and replaced part of our sewerline. and saved the day.

Description of Work: A water spigot on side of my house was hit by a car and subsequently bent and broke, shooting water everywhere. The technician had to go into the crawl space in order to gain access to the pipe that the spigot broke from. He replaced some of the piping and provided a new spigot. The technician was nice enough to set the new spigot a few centimeters back so that it didn't extent too far from the house, decreasing the risk of it getting hit by a car again (being that it is along a narrow driveway)

Description of Work: I Hired All Star Plumbing to put in a new Gas Tankless Water Heater. I had check out numerous plumbing companys. Then I called Ferguson Plumbing Supply and they told me to go with All Star Plumbing for my plumbing needs espicially for Rinaii Tankless Heater they said that All Star was the there main plumber for the Sacramento Area. So I called them and the came over gave me a estimate and had them install it.
