Advance Garage Door Service

My garage door spring broke this morning. Called Advance Garage Door Service at 7am. Sebastian came before 9am and replaced the spring within 10 minutes. Very professionally done. I am very happy with the work.

Garage door wouldn't stay closed. Got an appointment within an hour of calling Advance. Sebastian was prompt. He tried troubleshooting problem. Once he further assessed issue, he took pictures & showed me the damage to the unit due to age, wear & tear. He returned the next morning (on time) and replaced the old opener in a timely fashion. The cost for the unit and installation was reasonable. Sebastian was very pleasant, professional, and neat. He thoroughly cleaned up after the installation and removed the old opener and parts. I spoke to the gentleman in the office a few times. He was always cordial and helpful. I recommend this company.

A great solution to the issue

Came promptly. Arrived on time. Respectful, pleasant worked hard and did an excellent job. Charged a reasonable price.

They gave me window of 2-4. No one showed up and I called them back around 4:45. The operator said he went to wrong house and still would be there. He showed up around 5:45. Recommended replacing broken spring and other spring as well. He went to truck to get springs and realized he did not have all the tools for the job. I eventually was able to find a steel rod in the garage that he was able to use to tension the springs. So eventually he was able to complete job.

We called at 5:00 pm when we unable to close the garage door. We talked with the owner on the phone and he reassured us that he would fix the garage that night. The technician then called us to update his arrival time, letting us know that he would be at our house at 6:15 pm. He quickly diagnosed the problem and let us know that he could fix it then and there. He replaced parts, put on new wheels, and lubricated the joints. It is now running smoothly and quietly. He was professional, friendly, courteous, and he worked quickly. He went above and beyond and even showed us how to program our entry key exterior panel. The price for his quick service, parts and labor was more than fair. The technician went out of his way to make this emergency service call, even after his shift had ended.

Same day service was especially convenient.

Excellent service. Friendly, responsive, professional, punctual and beyond a good job. They were even willing to install our "old" automatic garage door motor into the neighbors at a very fair price. They then did some tune ups for them just as a courtesy. Great family business!!

Excellent service! They went above and beyond my expectations!

Jeffrey did the tune-up in record time. We agreed with his recommendation for the metal bar across the top of the door. This was done promptly and efficiently. The door works beautifully and the horrid squeak is completely gone. Worth every penny!

The spring for our garage door broke on a Saturday. We called Advance Garage Door Service on Sunday. While we could have scheduled Advance to service our garage door during the weekend, we opted for first thing Monday morning. Advance kept their committed arrival time and they were outstandingly professional. Additional damage to the door was diagnosed and repaired quickly by Advance, which accounts for the total cost of about $200. Overall the service was very affordable and we feel confident that the repairs were done correctly.

It was okay. It was the same day so it was very quick. They came out to do an inspection and did it right then. It took about 20 minutes.
