Description of Work: Jeff came out to give us an estimate on leak repair for our in ground spa. He did an inspection, discovered the likely problem area and recommended a product we could use ourselves to try patching the area before doing costly repair work. |I appreciated this approach. If what we do ourselves (at a fraction of the cost) doesn't work, we'll definitely give Adams a call again.

Description of Work: Adams pool replaced the plaster in my 20 year old pool over 5 years ago. Two steel re-bars pocked through the plaster and rusted the side of the pool. I called Mike Anderson and Bill Egan of Adams pool solutions and told them of the problem. They spent 2 days jack hammering out replacing the re-bar and and plaster at not cost to me. WOW!! What a great company>

Description of Work: Aside from a minor initial scheduling issue, the job went very well. We had our pool resurfaced and the rocks repainted. The work crews were efficient, professional and outstanding. The results look great. Cleanup was sufficient. We could not be more pleased with the resurfaced pool -- and the rocks also look fantastic. The cost was commensurate with the work performed. We highly recommend this vendor.

+ 0 moreThe finished product looks okay. Communication with the company was poor. It was hard to get ahold of people in the office. No one instructed me on start up once the project was finished. No one instructed me on use of the equipment. The pool light was not sealed & water leaked into it (a very dangerous situation). The decking developed hairline cracks after just a few months.
Description of Work: I had my 20 year old pool refurbished. It was re-plastered, tile cleaned, new equipment installed & new decking.

+ -1 moreThey had extremely poor customer service. There were a multitude of things left undone after they left. I could not get anyone to talk to me about it. They always said they were in a meeting and I never got a call back. I was surprised because when the owner came for the estimate I was very impressed. But there was no follow through, the just left us hanging. I finally went down to the office in person, the owner was there and I finally got it taken care of.
Description of Work: They re-plastered our pool.
