Adam did great job on replacing a door lock. We were told the window for the appt. would be 9-11 am and he would contact us 30 min. prior. Past noon I texted him and he confirmed he would come 2-4 pm. After I texted him his follow up was as expected. So he should have contacted us earlier that he would be delayed. Other than that the work was very reasonable.

Our garage door was having issues closing, different repair people speculated what the problem could be. Adam was first one to call and we set up an appointment for free estimate. I also checked pricing for a new system. I was given an estimate for a repair that would fix the issue. I was also advised that the motor would probably not last many more years due to its age and usage. Prices were given for different types of openers - which were in line with what I had already checked out. I decided to go ahead with a full replacement. At no time was he pushy about selling anything extra. He informed me of the options and would have been fine if I had chosen the immediate fix. Warranty information about different parts/labor were detailed. We now have a garage door opener that hums and works well. I would definitely use him again for any garage door issue.
