The gentleman arrived on and time and attended to the problem that needed to be addressed. I think the cost involved was exaggerated, but he did do the work that was requested. My fault for not insisting on a quote before he began the job. I was told a price for the call and for each additional 15 minutes. It took nearly an hour and 45 minutes for what should have been a simple job. I'll do it myself from now on.

This was a big deal purchase and it was fine. They had to come out and redo something.

Technician worked quickly to diagnose and solve problem.

Plumber checked the supply lines. All checked out fine. He checked the interior supply lines but needed to remove the dishwasher. The repair tech stated he broke the door upon removing it. After removing the washer it was discovered there were broken wires in the back. He stated their company does not repair dishwashers. Later we were able to repair the broken wires and replace it back in the kitchen, but now it leaks because the door is broken. Would have to replace the dishwasher if the door was not broken.

He got here almost instantaneously! It looked like his name is Garry. I didn't check so well. I was too happy to see him! He did a very good job, very quickly, and washed down the area so my dogs wouldn't get in it. Less money than I had been afraid of! I will keep their number and give it to my friends! After I had been quoted a ridiculously high price by another local plumber, I was astonished by professionalism and repairs and final cost from Ace Plumbing.. Thank you Ace, thank you Jesse and Evan!

They arrived at the beginning of the two hour window. They replaced my kitchen faucet and fixed a valve that would not close all the way. I had them look at a tub faucet because it was loose. Didn't look like it was leaking and wasn't ready to cut into the wall to fix something that may not be broken just done inappropriately by someone else. They cleaned up and left. I thought the $69 deal covered the first half hour but it was just for coming out. They charge by 15 min intervals so I was charged $115 for 45 minutes plus the $69 for a total $184. I felt that was an expensive price for a faucet replacement, so the low grade for price. This could be the going rate but I thought when I called the $69 covered the first half hour so I didn't think this was much of deal and could have paid anyone to the job.

Bruce Riley was the plumber who did the work and I can't say enough about his determination and persistence to figure out the cause - initially had him stumped. He even called the Price Pfitzer company, described the issue and followed their instruction though he felt already that was not the fix. Found a shark connection had been used in correctly and unfortunately he had to go in through the wall. It was a second floor bathroom too. He helped unload a massive bookcase in order to get behind the wall but was able to locate the issue, cut out the bad pipe joint and replaced it with new piping. Prior to putting things back, he verified there were no more leaks. Oh, and he found that the hot and cold water had been swapped so he fixed that as well. Overall I was very pleased and for the time he worked on it I feel the price was well worth it. Needless to say should I ever need plumbing work done again I won't hesitate to call Ace Plumbing and ask for Bruce again. As I mentioned above, he was determined to find and fix the problem - not just walk away leaving the issue unresolved.

The company gets an A for responsiveness and punctuality because they responded to my inquiry immediately, and arrived on time on the scheduled date for the free estimate. They get an F for all other categories because they didn't give me a serious quote. The two plumbers who came over never went into the crawl space to inspect the rusty water line or the bathtub drain, so they had no idea what the scope of work was. After about 10 minutes of pacing off some distance and calling their office, they handed me a quote of $5,900 to replace the water line and $1,000 to repair the bathtub drain. When I asked them why it was so high, they said something about how difficult it is to spin galvanized pipe out. I already had quotes from other plumbers: $285 for the bathtub drain and $2,000 to replace the rusty water line. I was dumbfounded and insulted that Ace Plumbing would give me such a ridiculous quote for this job. They must've thought I just fell off a cabbage truck. They made absolutely no effort to inspect the actual problem and give me a fair price. I would never consider them for another job after this even if they get nothing but A's on Angie's List.

They did not charge anymore than the $69. They were here January 15th of 2016.

Really great. Dominic was the best service professional I've ever dealt with. I strongly recommend him.

They showed up early and did a good job. He was very pleasant. I'm going to have him come back out to fix my sewage. I was very impressed.

I like the guy that came out. He was very efficient.

We called them out because we had used them before and liked their work. We were having problems with some debris back-washing into our toilet because we had them out to clean a clog in the toilet line and after that we started having this weird back flow. So, I called them and I asked them to go under the house because I thought maybe the waste line had sunken. They showed me the picture of that and that there was no problem there except that it was not to code now the way it was configured because the sink and the toilet line went together into a Y and I guess you don't do that. And then, after listening further to my thoughts he said, well, if you decided to, I could lift up the toilet to see what's going on. I said, yeah, go for it and come to find out our toilet was not installed properly with the proper wax ring and that was causing the toilet not to seal and that was causing the problem with the flushing and all of that. So, they fixed that and it's been working great ever since.

John H. came over after I had called to have a shower drain cleared. He was specifically recommended by a friend of ours and I now understand why: he was very prompt, professional and friendly. He was able to complete everything quickly and left my shower clean as if he was never there! Pricing is based on their typical fee and not their TV ad offer I received (keep your eyes peeled!).

I called the main number around 2pm and was given the option of a 4:30pm-6:30pm time slot that day. Ace arrived about 5pm and was done in about 10 minutes or so. The techs also answered a few questions I had about this house we just bought. Very quick, professional and punctual. I will use them again for sure.
