Description of Work: I was told that the price to replace toilet wax seal and water connection would cost the same as a new toilet. I had them do the work because I did not want to call in another contractor. The bid I was given for constant flow water heater was provided in an unprofessional manner.

Description of Work: Ace sent plumber to renter's house without confirming with home owner first. |Not sure why I paid $75.00 preliminary fee before appt. I didn't get any money off the plumbing job. I did not use them for the second part of job and founded a better deal with a different plumber.

Description of Work: Changed out washer in bathroom shower. It was a 30 year old faucet so he had to go to a shop in W Sac that stocked older parts. Service person was very pleasant and not annoyed that he had to make the trip. I did have to pay for half of the time that he spent driving to W. Sac.

Description of Work: My kitchen sink quit draining, they came out the same day, they called and ask to come early, cleared the line out to the street. Helped our dishwasher problem by clearing a clog. They were friendly, kept focused on the work, and cleaned up after themselves. All went well.
