They were really good. Price was reasonable.

Very polite. Thought that I was going to need all the trap cleared. But that would have cost more and I only needed top of the drain cleaned and the faucet replaced so they really offered me what I needed.

They're fine. They were okay. They did the job but it turned out to be a little more expensive than I thought it would. They scratched with my sink downstairs. It was exorbitant price-wise. The work is still holding up.

It went well. The only thing I didn't love was that my window of time was 10-12 and he came at 1155. I always think it's nice to get a call letting me know more specifically what time they are coming. He was courteous, took care of the problem, and it probably took less than 30 min. Have used them before and will again.

I am not sure how to rate this service because I cannot help but wonder if I was taken advantage of. I had the P trap off already and all items removed from under the sink. I feel this service did not need to take 1 hour. All he had to do was snake it out and reconnect the plumbing under the sink. This went without any problems. After the pipe was unplugged, he reassembled the plumbing under the sink but then it leaked. He disconnected the P trap and took it out to his truck. When he returned , he stated my P trap was cracked and he had to go to Home Depot. I asked him how this worked and he was going to charge me for the time. I halted the service at this point (almost 1 hour) and stated I would get the part and reassemble it myself. He went ahead and reassembled everything anyway and it did not leak this time. After he left, I ran my dishwasher and so far, so good. I have not put anything away yet, just in case. If the policy is that there is a minimum charge for the first hour, then I was charged fairly. If he was dawdling, then it was not fair. He even spent some time cleaning my sink with Comet, saying this actually helped clear the drain. It's one of situations where I don't know if he was trying to get over on me or was completely on the up and up. Per the reviews on here, I would like to believe the latter. However, just know, to have a plumber come out, it is pretty much $200 minimum. (I have used Ace twice now with the same time/billing result) I cannot submit this review without an overall rating. Due to my inability to judge- I am saying fair; giving him the benefit of the doubt.

I'd had on and off problems for a couple of days, and Monday afternoon after running a load of laundry and dishes, all the gray water had backed up into my bathtub and shower. Yikes! I needed emergency service, and my call to Ace gave me an expected response time of a couple of hours. Bret Pierson showed up earlier; he made a quick tour of the premises, and discovered that due to the age of my house, I had no two-way clean-out access. He wrote a complete service call record, and scheduled the repair for the next day. To tide me over, he released the overflow valve outside the kitchen, so at least I had toilet and (quick) shower capabilities. His crew located the sewer line, and flushed it out, and installed a two-way cleanout for future access. Bret explained what had caused the problem, and suggested (no high pressure) a future repair. I have no way of knowing if the price I paid was high, low or average. What I do know is that I received prompt, friendly, professional and complete service ... and to quote the commercial, that is "priceless". Great job all around.

Everything went well. Only graded down for timeliness. Had appointment from 1 to 3 pm; arrived at 5 pm BUT they kept me informed during whole wait time; said they were particularly busy that day. .

I asked them down to fix my dishwasher. When they got here, he told me he could not work on a dishwasher and was more interested in selling me a garbage disposal and faucet. I was very dissatisfied.

It went fine. That went good. I've used them before. I think they were good. They were fine. The price was pretty high.

service man professional and courteous. the new faucets work great, the drain not so much--still leaking. when I called the company they said they would waive the service charge but would charge me for the repair persons time. Really!!!??? after I already paid you to fix it and it is not fixed. they said they had no warranty process. really!!?? less than a week later, and I hadn't used the dishwasher since the repair, so the first time i use it it doesn't work and they want to charge me again! wow nice racket. Will never use this company again, and will warn anyone who asks away from it!

After contacting another plumbing company that gave me an outrageously high estimate, I called Ace Plumbing. They had an Angie's List special for replacing an outdoor faucet ($99.00) which I bought. The contractor, Lupe, arrived on time, inspected the faucet, recommended replacing the broken main house valve along with the faucet, and then gave me an estimate for each service, going over the price breakdown. I decided to go with just replacing the hose faucet and he had the work done almost immediately. Lupe's work was professional with attention to detail. Ace provided excellent customer service, fair pricing (even without a discount), and the work was impressive. I would definitely call them again.

Tony did an excellent job, he did a couple of extra upgrades to the heater that we did not expect. Job well done.

Great the guy was on time did the work with no drama and even advised me to change out water supply on the toilet. I would use these guys again and again.

he plumber said his company was in line with The company called me that morning to see if the plumber could come earlier, but I had to decline their offer. The plumber was running a little late, but he called to let me know he'd be late. He was friendly and thorough. He replaced the faucet in about two hours. The Angie's deal only included 30 minutes so I was billed for the additional time. I thought the hourly rate was a bit high, but the plumber said his company was in line with other plumbing companies. I wish I had know the coupon was only valid for a half hour before I purchased it. However, it's possible I just missed the small print. I have no problem with the plumber's work, but I would get several bids before deciding who to hire if I need more plumbing work in the future.

The plumber was a little late, but he called ahead to let me know he'd be late. He actually performed two jobs. He replaced my outdoor faucet/bib that had a leak problem. The new bib does not leak. He also replaced the master bedroom faucet because the hot water handle began to leak. See my explanation under that job.

when they got there their quote was $1500 for repairs after they 1st said they couldn't do the repairs

It went very well but it was expensive. They knew what they were doing.

I knew the leak under the sink was from my old water filtering system. He found where the leak was and went on to try to find the replacement part but could not find it. Then he told me it's better to replace the whole system. The cost of the service ended up more expensive than just replacing the whole system. I wish they were up front about how much labor could cost.

He had the part on board. His labor charge was not quantified on the invoice; seemed high.

I found them on Angie's List. I was so impressed with the service but I was having a problem with my computer and it wouldn't let me fill in some of the stuff. It wouldn't let me put in any comments. The man who came out was so prompt. He was there before I even made it home from work. He was so courteous and so good. My great grandson watched him while he was working and it didn't bother him in the least, just very personable. He did an excellent job and we were very happy with him. It is pretty awful when you wake up to get ready for work and you find that the toilet is backing up into the shower. I decided to check Angie's list and I contacted them and I said, now, would you be able to come out today? They said, yes and I said, how soon? My granddaughter was at home and they where out there before I even made it home from work. It was terrific. That was the best part. I thought it was very reasonable considering the fact that it was an important matter.

The workman was professional, worked quickly, and left the work area clean.

It went fine. I took advantage of a deal on Angie's list and called Ace. They came out right away, told me how much the job would cost and then proceeded to accomplish the task. He was polite and professional. I was very happy with his work and very happy he could do the job on the spot.

Because of a solar installation i needed to upgrade plumbing to the new state code. Everything was easy except for the low flow toilets. I called Ace Plumbing because they offered free advice on their website on selecting the correct toilet. The person i spoke with on the phone was highly knowledgeable and told me exactly what i would want - comfort height - and recommended a low flow toilet that exceeded the new building code requirements. I got the model they recommended and these toilets are wonderful - they have a super low flow capacity that is less than one gallon and my water use has been cut as a consequence of replacing the older water guzzling toilets.The comfort height spoils you! The installers were on time, efficient, and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.
