Professional, on time, got a 'heads up' on the time of arrival; they got in and got the work done timely; reasonable (their cost was nearly 1/2 the estimate of another local co.

Ron Little was giving my neighbor an estimate and I walked out and got one too. After a communication snafu for ten days we finally made contact and scheduled both jobs for the next day. Ron and his crew of 5 arrived on time and went right to work. Other crews arrived later after they finished their jobs. A last minute request was simply accomplished in 15 minutes without charge. Our yards were cleaned up and looked better than before the job was started. Ron would accept cash, check or credit card for payment. Ron did a drive-by estimate at my second house and next month he will be scheduled for that pruning and trim job.

We contacted AAA Tree Service after my mother-in-law used them to remove a huge oak tree from her front lawn; she was happy with the level of service she received--and then 2 of her neighbors used them for tree removal as well--that we decided to get an estimate. Ron showed up on time and gave us what we considered to be a very fair estimate for the amount of work needed, and a time frame in which he expected to have a crew available to do the work. Two weeks later--as expected--the crew arrived to start cutting the trees back. They did better than get here on time; they were about half an hour early, but they did call ahead to make sure it was all right. Once here they got right to work, and worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning up as they went along. I expected it to take all day, but they did some major work, including one tree that had never been cared for and was terribly overgrown, in about 3-4 hours. When they were done the trees looked better than they ever have, and there was no sign--no debris, not dropped leaves--to show they'd even been there. We will for sure have them do any further tree service we need in the future.

The crew and equipment arrived right on time and got immediately to work. The entire job was completed in one day and the crew did a great job of cleaning up afterward. We have flowerbeds right next to the location of the tree and none of the plants were disturbed. All of the sawdust chips were blown out of the bed. All branches and the stump were either ground up or removed via truck. The crew was quiet, respectful and pleasant to deal with. Ron was friendly, punctual and very thorough with his estimate. The work was completed in 8 hours and we paid the exact amount of the estimate given to us. My mom is 88 years old and was very nervous about this job. Ron and the crew considered her feelings and put her mind at ease. If I could give an A++ rating for this company, I would. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a tree service.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE PEOPLE AND THEIR SERVICES. THEY REMOVED THE TREE FROM ON TOP OF MY HOUSE WITHOUT DAMAGING THE REST OF THE HOUSE. MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THEM WAS GOOD.
