The diagnosis was done. Technician left saying they would check on the parts and contact for the repair. I never heard back.

A-1 performed not only as expected, but were exceedingly efficient and adaptive. Our GE double oven fan stopped working and A-1 responded almost immediately via phone to set up an appointment that day. Since the oven wasn’t needed quickly and I had previous plans, I asked them to schedule for another day which they easily accommodated. They called in advance to let me know their exact time of arrival, arrived at that time, quickly confirmed the problem and began to install a new fan and electronics. Surprise! Being GE, the replacement fan which they brought was broken (completely broken in it’s nicely packed original GE replacement part packing box). Undeterred, they quickly made the 45 min trek back to the fan supplier and the 45 min trek back, completed the install of the now, working fan and reinstalled the oven! Thank-you for the outstanding repair job!!!

The repair person immediately saw the problem and began to repair it and made excellent recommendations to keep the issue from happening again.

Very upset with this company. Hired them back in February of this year yogic my refrigerator. They said that they needed to order a part. They kept promising that they would keep in touch but I always had to call them. They kept coming up with excuses. Finally, after a month without a refrigerator, I WAS THE ONE who located the part!!! They fixed it in late March.

Excellent service. Anthony quickly diagnosed the problem, had repair kit and completed the job to our satisfaction. Would certainly recommend this company to others.

Came same day, made sure they allowed enough time to go get the necessary parts (since the stores close early) and got us up and running! Very pleasant and helpful.

I needed help fast and they were able to get my washer running very quickly after I had tried for almost a week. Super responsive and professional. The technician was very kind and clearly knew what he was doing. He noticed how interested I was in the nomenclature of the machine and was able to educate me through the process. Cameron was very respectful and friendly. He was knowledgeable about the product. He explain the problem and provide an estimate to repair ice maker issue. Unfortunately our ice maker broke down just when the COVID-19 issue happen. It was difficult for Cameron to provide updates for getting the parts. Everything was delay and not very accurate updates.No fault of his. Cameron did keep in contact with me and confirm he finally got the part and got our ice maker repaired. good job

Timely although call back wasn't as quick as desired when I initiated the work request, but much more timely than others. Able to come the day I posted the request. Knowledgeable service. Friendly and neat.
